Schönes Ferienhaus mit Meerblick

Das Ferienhaus entspricht der Beschreibung in der Anzeige. Es ist gut ausgestatttet und liegt sehr verkehrsgĂŒnstig in der NĂ€he von l'Ile Rousse. Ein Supermarkt, wo man alles kaufen kann, was man benötigt, ist nicht weit entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt und schöne Wanderungen auf gut ausgeschilderten Wanderwegen in der direkten Umgebung gemacht. Ein High-Light ist die Terrasse im ersten Stock mit Blick aufs Meer.

Rapport qualité prix moyen

Les prestations annoncĂ©es ne sont pas tout Ă  fait exactes : la maison est certes trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et propre mais beaucoup de choses sont bricolĂ©es et pas finies. Quant Ă  l’environnement immĂ©diat il est constituĂ© d’épaves de caravanes car le terrain est mitoyen d’un camping qui stock ses Ă©paves sur la partie mitoyenne de la maison. L’arrivĂ©e est donc trĂšs peu engageante. Enfin l’accĂšs plage est annoncĂ© de façon ambiguĂ« dans l’annonce mais en rĂ©alitĂ© il est difficile de s’y rendre Ă  pieds avec des enfants : 30 minutes minimum sur un chemin en plein soleil. Le rapport qualitĂ© prix nous a donc semblĂ© exagĂ©rĂ©. Nous Ă©tions en famille et avons toutefois passĂ© un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour car Algajola est un village plaisant et sa situation pour rayonner autour est parfaite.

Schöne Villa nicht weit vom Meer

Das Haus befindet sich nicht weit vom Meer, ca. 5 Min mit dem Auto vom Algajola Strand. Fußweg zum Meer wurde ich nicht empfehlen, da sich nicht immer durch eine schöne Gegend verlĂ€uft. Ruhige Umgebung in Mitten von der Natur. LĂ€rm von der Hauptstraße ist kaum zu hören, da relativ weit. Etwas Meer ist von der Terrasse in oberer Etage zu sehen. Das Haus selber ist relativ neu, Austattung teils neu teils alt. Einfach gebaut, IKEA-mĂ€ĂŸig ausgestattet. Harte Kissen. Treppe nach oben ist fĂŒr kleine Kinder gefĂ€hrlich, da keine GelĂ€nder von einer Seite, nur an der Wand. Kakteen sind etwas störend, da wir sie ein paar Mal etwischt haben. Das Haus bedarf eine grĂŒndliche Reinigung. BettwĂ€sche und TĂŒcher vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden. Gasgrill auf der oberen Terrasse. 2 Min zu Fuß ein Campingplatz mit einer Pizzeria. Pizza war sehr gut. Es werden auch Steaks angeboten, haben uns aber nicht geschmeckt.

Schönes Haus, gerĂ€umig, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wir wĂŒrden wieder buchen. Vier Sterne aus folgenden Grund: Treppe in Obergeschoss ohne GelĂ€nder (mit Kleinkind nicht optimal), alles ist in weiß gehalten (nicht optimal fĂŒr ein Ferienhaus, sieht daher schon etwas verwohnt aus), AußengelĂ€nde könnte etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit erfahren, Dachterrasse ohne GelĂ€nder (Umrandung ist etwa Kniehoch)

Superbe villa moderne tout confort légÚrement en arriÚre pays qui permet de profiter du calme et d'une vue sur la mer depuis une terrasse spacieuse au 1er étage. A proximité de tous services mais dans un espace intime, nous avons profité d'une résidence super agréable. A recommander.
