This cottage is located in the attractive cottage area on the outskirts of Spodsbjerg. There is a combined living / dining room furnished with furniture in the best Danish quality. The kitchen department is richly equipped with i.a. induction hob and built-in oven. From the living room there is direct access to the large open / covered terrace with garden furniture. There is double carport. There are really good fishing opportunities in the area. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
