This 105 sqm exterior apartment is located in a restored 17th century building, situated on a second floor with elevator and stands out for its three street-facing balconies, high ceilings and old doors. Due to its thick walls, it is cool in summer and warm in winter. Even so, it has heating with cast iron radiators throughout the house and air conditioning in the common areas.
