Overview
Villa Vera is located in Fiscardo Region, Kefalonia. This detached
vacation rental property offers air-conditioning, Free Wi-Fi and sleeps
up to 6 people (4 Adults and 2 Children) with 2 Bedrooms and 2
Bathrooms. There is a private pool (West Facing) with barbecue and Sea
views. Walking distance to the Restaurants.
Layout

The front door opens into an open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area
on the ground floor. From the living room there are French windows to a
shaded balcony terrace, overlooking the private swimming pool and sea
views beyond. Leading off from the living room is a double bedroom with
an en suite shower room and private balcony. Upstairs is a twin bedroom
with en suite and private balcony.
Each room in the house has a large balcony or terrace which takes full
advantage of the wonderful sea views.

Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a dining area, comfortable
sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free Wi-Fi. There are patio doors
to the pool terrace with Sea views.

Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/hob and
oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed. En Suite Bathroom

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EUR per person is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or prior to arrival.
Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
