The villa is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor, there is a large living area equipped with air conditioning, featuring a kitchen and living room that flow seamlessly into the outdoor living area through large openings, creating a sense of a single, open space. Adjacent to the kitchen is a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, shelves for detergents, an iron, and an ironing board. The master bedroom is located on this floor and features a double bed, a single bed, a three-door wardrobe, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The room overlooks the garden, dominated by a beautiful olive tree. Next to the bedroom is the villa’s largest bathroom, equipped with a double sink, toilet, bidet, and a large modern shower.
The beautiful staircase made of “Modica Stone” leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a large terrace that reflects the elegance of this magnificent structure. Here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Bay of Fontane Bianche, as well as sunrises and sunsets that will remain in your heart forever. You can have breakfast, drink tea, or sip an aperitif at the lovely old-style tables.
Each room features a double bed, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, satellite TV, air conditioning, and its own private bathroom. Each bathroom includes a sink, toilet, bidet, and a modern shower. You can enjoy the ocean view while comfortably lying on the bed.
The outdoor area features a large veranda where you can enjoy delicious lunches or dinners by the pool. The swimming pool has a large internal staircase where you can sunbathe as if you were on the shoreline.
All around is a sun deck equipped with chaise longues and armchairs. Built into the stone wall that runs along the pool, there is a beautiful outdoor shower with a comfortable seat.
Inside the property, there is also a driveway used as a parking area, with space for up to 4 cars in the indoor car park and one outside.
