Stay in one of Colorado’s most charming and eclectic neighborhoods. Restaurants, coffee, shops, and so much more are all just a short walk from the front door. And Denver, Boulder, Estes Park and Colorado skiing are just a short drive away. With a spacious desk, fiber internet and a sun-filled living area, this space is perfect for remote work.

The tree-lined streets are filled with interesting architecture, funky colors and wonderful people. We have parks with hammocks, restaurants, bars, boutiques, salons, a multitude of ways to exercise, and so much more all just a short walk from the front door. And Denver, Boulder, Estes Park and Colorado skiing are just a short drive away.

Our carriage house is designed and equipped to be your home away from home. With comfortable furnishings, luxury bedding, a well-appointed kitchen, a spacious desk, a large-screen tv, you will have everything you need to work, play and relax. This comfortable, quiet and sophisticated space has been designed above our detached garage with no shared walls and overlooking a private park. It is accessed by a single flight of interior stairs. A private parking space is provided steps from the front door.

Small dogs are welcome with pre-approval and a $125 pet fee. We do not accept cats. Please read our House Rules regarding pets prior to booking.
