In the centre of the island, in the "Pla de Mallorca", the village of Maria de la Salut is characterised by its island character, gastronomy and its dedication to local agriculture and crafts. Neighbours of the well-known village of Sineu, they are located just 15 km from the famous white sandy beaches of the Northern area: Can Picafort and Alcúdia.



The house consists of three rooms, one of them on the ground floor next to a bathroom and the semi-open kitchen towards the living room. In it two comfortable sofas, wi-fi, satellite television and everything necessary to relax.

In the outdoor area, they will find a terrace area with sun loungers, a barbecue and privacy.

On the first floor, two more rooms and a bathroom, a balcony and another terrace with views of the mountains.

The house was spacious, clean and cozy

The house was spacious, clean and cozy. The bottom floor was nice and cool and even though the top floor was not as cool they provided us with 3 fans. The city was calm and quiet and there were restaurants and markets in a walkable distance. The location of the house was also really nice because it allowed us to go to various beaches around the island. Overall we would definitely stay in this house again.

Es una casa muy espaciosa el patio delantero es un desahogo cuando llegas con las cosas de la playa ,limpia , toallas y sabanas perfectas y las camas también Necesita mosquiteras y algún aire acondicionado,y en la planta de arriba algún armario más, algún cuchillo más solo había uno,es cierto que se me olvidó decírselo a la persona responsable pq le pedí dos o tres cosas y me las trajeron

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt

Typisch malorquinisches Stadthaus in dem wir uns 4 Wochen lang sehr wohl gefühlt haben. + erhöhter Ortslage mit toller Sicht, schöne Sonnenuntergänge über den Bergen + urbanes Leben ohne Touris mit Restaurants in ca 1km und Supermarkt in 300m + Vermieter reagierte kurzfristig, Beanstandungen wurden teilweise schnell behoben + Parkplatz an der Strasse haben wir immer gefunden + Parkplatz für ein Motorrad im Innenhof, falls es durch eine 80er Tür passt + 3 Terrassen, unten morgens schattig - alle 3 Schlafzimmer liegen zur Strasse, Müllabfuhr mehrmals wöchentlich 23-24 Uhr, unglaublich wie die Einheimischen ab Sonnenaufgang durch die zugeparkte Strasse brettern - kein Mobiliar in den oberen beiden Schlafzimmern - sehr einfache Ausstattung des Aussenbereiches, Plastikstühle und nur unten ein Tisch, auf der obersten Terrasse gar nichts, Sonnenliegen sind Schrott - kein TV, wurde auch nach Beanstandung nicht repariert - einige Küchenutensilien fehlen +- WLAN läuft stabil aber langsam, 2Mbits +- einige Beanstandungen wurden sofort (fehlende Gläser, defekter FI) andere gar nicht behoben”

Casa gran, còmode i molt ben ubicada dins la illa, en 1 hora com a molt arribes a tot arreu. A la cuina falten algunes coses i canvis, que segurament hi possen remei. Repetiriem!
