BATHROOM TOTALLY REFORMED!

The apartment Ca L'avi I S'avia is located on the beautiful beach of Punta Prima, in the first row of the sea. This privileged location makes it stand out and is an important part of its charm and success. Sitting on the terrace or from the garden you can enjoy a truly wonderful view and atmosphere. It gives the impression that a part of the beach is yours. You have the sea with its turquoise blue color directly in front of you. You will also love the indoor equipment. It has two bedrooms, both with air conditioning, one with a double bed, the other with a trundle bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and very cosy. From the beautiful living room with ceiling fan and dining area you can also admire the views through the wide glass doors to the terrace.

Punta Prima is the perfect place for a family vacation. It has a very complete touristic offer, the beach promenade is about 200 meters from the apartment. Here you will find everything a tourist's heart desires, restaurants, terraces, car and bicycle rental, a pharmacy, several supermarkets, souvenir shops, a handicraft market several days a week. There is a regular bus connection to Mahón, which is only about 12 km away. So you can also easily take advantage of the wide cultural and gastronomic offer that exists in the capital of Menorca.

In addition to all that, in the area you can make different excursions along the Camí de Cavalls, which borders all of Menorca along the coast. We recommend the excursion to the neighboring coves Cala Alcaufar and Cala Rafalet.

What a great property and host, host company! The place was perfectly clean, exactly as pictured, and the back yard and view are amazing. We could walk to the beach in 100 steps, to several restaurants and shops in 5 min or less. The primary bedroom had an AC issue, but the owner/company assured me that is getting repaired once the ordered part is in. The secondary AC unit was able to cool the unit and the owner brought by an extra fan and extension cord so we could move air throughout. It was a really really nice vacation spot, in a friendly and fun town, with so many things walkable. Gated, off street parking in shade also! The TVs were nice and supported AirPlay.

Emplacement au top .

La vue imprenable sur la mer turquoise un parking privé juste derrière l’appartement, un appartement très agréable et très propre. Il ne manquait rien. Amabilité de l’agence de location qui nous a permis de rentrer le matin dès notre sortie du Ferry . Juste prévoir de changer le système de douche qui dysfonctionnait . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir .
