Agradable

El apartamento en si está bien. Lo que se podria mejorar sobretodo que taparan lo de afuera del jardin, porque te ve todo el mundo al pasar y subir por las escaleras del bloque ya que está al lado y no tienes nada de intimidad, de echo solo comimos un dia a fuera por eso.. me gustaría volver, pero si no solucionan eso, dudo mucho que lo hagamos.. Gracias.

Piso completamente abandonado.

La ubicación, el jardín. Noja y Trengandín. Es la 3ª vez que alquilamos este apartamento en los últimos 6 años y nos lo hemos encontrado en un estado lamentable. Necesita que lo pinten. Las paredes y las cortinas están llenas de mugre. El sofá sucísimo. La lavadora tarda una hora y 45 minutos en hacer el programa más corto y al centrifugar parece que vaya a explotar. Los utensilios de cocina son malísimos y escasos. Pusimos una olla a hervir agua que al llegar a ebullición se combó por el fondo y empezó a balancearse, con el consiguiente peligro de un accidente grave. La escalera al jardín está completamente oxidada. El antepenúltimo día de la estancia se nos hundió el último escalón. Llamamos para que vinieran a repararlo. Nos fuimos de vuelta sin que viniera nadie. Una lástima, porque el piso nos gustaba, pero necesita que se invierta en él un dinero para mantenimiento y no se ha metido ni un sólo euro. No volveremos.
