Sleeping up to 15 guests across seven bedrooms, this restored 18th-century farmhouse combines Ardennes character with wellness comforts that make longer countryside stays feel warm and relaxed throughout the year.

Most afternoons settle naturally between the indoor swimming pool, courtyard terrace, and nearby cycling trails while evenings gather everyone back around the billiards table or charcoal barbecue once the air cools down outside. The old farmhouse layout gives the property a more intimate atmosphere than many larger Ardennes villas, making it especially suited to extended family stays and quieter group weekends.

Lake Robertville can be reached within roughly 10 minutes and is especially popular during summer for swimming, kayaking, and lakeside walks along the forested shoreline. Reinhardstein Castle lies around 18 minutes away overlooking the Warche Valley, while Signal de Botrange and the High Fens reserve can be reached within approximately 16 minutes for elevated boardwalk hikes across Belgium’s highest landscapes. Motorsport fans often head toward Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps roughly 30 minutes from the farmhouse, while Bütgenbach Worriken remains nearby for cross-country skiing and outdoor sports during winter months.
