Prettig vakantiehuis

Een prima verblijf als je van rust en natuur houdt. Het contact met de eigenaar en beheerder is prima. Ook zit je zo in Lucca. Wel is het huis in tweeën gesplitst. Dit blijkt niet geheel uit de advertentie. Hierdoor kan het zijn dat je buren hebt. Ook is de weg naar het huisje wat steil.

entsprach nicht der Beschreibung

Das als Ferienhaus inserierte Objekt hatte noch eine weiter Haushälfte, welche vermietet wurde. Dies war in der Beschreibung bei unserer Buchung über fewo NICHT erwähnt. Für uns war es nicht ersichtlich, dass es sich um zwei Wohnungen in einem Haus handelte. Bei dem beschriebenen Spielplatz handelte es sich um ein kleines Kinderspielhaus mit Rutsche, welche aber für beide Mietparteien zu Verfügung standen. Weiterhin wurde die Zwischenreinigung NICHT ausgeführt und es fehlten Micorwelle und Kinderhochstuhl ( für unseren Enkel 1 1/2, was wir bei der Buchung abgegeben haben). Mit der Betreuung von Mariella vor Ort waren wir zufrieden, ein defekter Kühlschrank wurde umgehend ersetzt. Die Fahrt zum Meer dauerte gut 1 Stunde und die Straßen sind sehr kurvenreich. Es braucht seine Zeit, bis man ankommt.

Thank you for the review which is, however, incorrect on your part. "Mimosa" and "Limoni" are two adjacent cottages that can be rented together or separately ( as it is specified in the description) each house has its own fenced garden separated from the other, there are NO common spaces neither for indoor nor outdoor spaces. The distance between the house and the sea is 25 km (exactly 35 minutes) so I'm sorry it took you 1 hour but these are the distances. I thank you anyway for your comments about Mariella and I am sorry that your stay did not respect your wishes. Best regards

Wspaniałe miejsce na wypoczynek, klimatycznie, czyściutko, dostępne wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty, miłe powitanie i zaopiekowanie przez Mariellę. Mili gospodarze. Wszystko super. Dziękujemy za pobyt. Było wspaniale!!!

Es war wirklich schön und wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich und es hat alles bestens funktioniert. Mariella, die uns vor Ort begrüßt hat, spricht eigentlich nur italienisch, aber wir haben es trotzdem geschafft uns zu verständigen. Das Haus liegt sehr abgeschieden und man sollte sich darauf einstellen, ohne Auto nicht weit zu kommen, wir haben aber die Ruhe sehr genossen. Lucca ist aber nicht weit entfernt und zum Meer kommt man auch recht schnell. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!
