The apartment is walking distance to Garrucha port - famous for seafood & tapas and a short drive to Mojacar and its Old Town

This bright apartment with all day sun has a beautiful roof terrace with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, jacuzzi and a sunset bar.
(Due to COVID 19 the jacuzzi is available on request with an extra charge of €125 for sanitation purposes)

Inside the main area is open plan with a fully equipped kitchen and comfy lounge leading out to a balcony overlooking the beautiful shared pool and landscaped gardens - perfect for your morning coffee.

Una Fantástica semana en Casita Tropicana

El apartamento está en una zona tranquila, a no más de 10 minutos (paseando) de la playa. La decoración es muy agradable y dispone de cualquier cosa que puedas necesitar durante la estancia. Comodísimo. La terraza, principal motivo por el que hicimos la reserva, es FANTÁSTICA. Tal y como se ve en las fotografías. La comunicación con la propietaria ha sido muy buena, y todo fueron facilidades. Muy buena elección
