Maison agréable et fonctionnelle

Maison au calme. Trés verdoyante et pratique. Beaucoup de luminosité.Idéale pour passer un bon séjour en famille. Dommage que la piscine n'ai pas été chauffée.

Idéal pour un séjour sport et détente en tribu

Maison très agréable, idéalement organisée, bien équipée avec des indications et des procédures très claires pour que tout se passe au mieux. Accueil très sympathique, idem pour la sortie, propriétaires disponibles et réactifs. Idéal pour un séjour jusque 8 adultes sans se marcher dessus.

La maison est vraiment super. Très bien conçue avec un intérieur pratique et un extérieur très sympa avec tous les équipements nécessaires. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Facile à trouver. Proche du centre et de la plage. Je recommande !

Superbe maison

Confortable et bien équipée, la maison est idéalement située (quartier calme et à 15 minutes de l’océan à pieds). Les 4 chambres et les 2 salles de douche nous ont permis d’avoir chacun notre espace (nous étions 3 couples d’adultes et 2 enfants). La piscine et la grande terrasse aménagée ont ravis tout le monde.

Lacaneau-Ocean Ende Mai 2024

Geräumiges und gut ausgestattetes Haus, schönes Grundstück, schöner Pool. 15 min. zu Fuß zum Strand. Etwas lärmige Wasserhähne, etwas hellhörig. Wir (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder/ Jugendliche) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. In der Hauptsaison könnte Lärm einer nahen Straße störend werden (wir waren in der Vorsaison da)

Sehr schönes und komfortables Haus am Atlantik

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im tollen Haus und alles vorgefunden, was man im Urlaub so braucht. Auch administrativ von der Buchung bis zur Abreise hat alles sehr gut funktioniert.

Tolle Lage, super Ausstattung - Achtung nicht ganz barrierefrei für Rollstuhlfahrer nicht geeignet.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönenUrlaub dort. Das Haus und der Pool waren super. Die Lage des Hauses ist toll. Es ist, trotz der angrenzenden Straße ruhig. Es war alles erdenkliche im Haushalt vorhanden, so dass man sich für die Selbstversorgung wie zuhause gefühlt hat. Die Verwalter vor Ort waren sehr herzlich und jederzeit bei Fragen ansprechbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, Einziges Manko für uns- die barrierefreiheit des Gebäudes ist leider nicht gegeben. Laut des Online Portals handelt Es sich um ein Rollstuhlgeeignetes/barrierearmes Haus Ein Rollstuhlfahrer kommt weder aus eigener Kraft in das Haus, noch sind z.B. das Bad oder das WC barrierefrei. Es gibt keine Rampe (obwohl dies mit einfachen Mitteln gut möglich wäre), die Duschen sind nicht ebenerdig, etc Da unsere Tochter noch nicht ausgewachsen ist, konnten wir sie tragen, ein erwachsener Rollstuhlfahrer hätte hier leider massive Probleme gehabt, wenn er einen entspannten Urlaub haben wollte. Gerne geben wir unsere Anregungen für eine barrierefreie Möglichkeit weiter, da ansonsten alles sehr schön war.

L'annonce dit que la plage est à 600 m mais à vol d'oiseau sans doute. Lave-linge capricieux Prises de courant en nombre insuffisant Alèses lits plastifiées bruyantes quand on se retourne et donc réveillent le dormeur Par contre, assiettes, plats, couverts verres... en nombre largement suffisant Belle piscine, belle terrasse

Conforme au descriptif sur Abritel

Maison et jardin agréable à vivre. Emplacement calme propice au repos. Equipement pratiquement complet. Piscine entretenue régulièrement pendant tous le séjour. Plage "Nord" accessible à pied et tous commerces à proximité. Nombreuses pistes cyclables. Lac accessible au Moutchi en 15minutes à vélo.

Bon séjour

Piscine très appréciable par les grandes chaleurs. Machine à café qui fuit, pas top vu le prix de la location, Les frigos ont tendance à givrer. En dehors de la suite parentale, les trois autres chambres partagent la même salle de bain et WC. Pas optimal, mais maison agréable

Très agréable maison, près de tout, avec belle piscine

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Yves. La maison est propre, bien équipée, bien ventilée et bien disposée. Bonne literie. La grande piscine chauffée est un plus indéniable plébiscité par toute la famille ! A vélo, tout est à 5 minutes. Le seul bémol, dû au fait que la maison est proche du centre, est la proximité de la rue, que l'on ne voit pas, mais qu'on entend un peu de la piscine et de la terrasse. Cela ne nous a pas gêné outre mesure, en regard des avantages de l'emplacement et du confort général. D'autre part, à l'intérieur de la maison et dans le reste de la propriété, le calme est parfait, même fenêtres ouvertes. Bref, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.
