This secluded apartment is located right at the sea and just 5 km from historic town Dubrovnik old city. It includes a private beach with an amazing sunset and horizon view. Space where our guests enjoy to stay with our staff available to help them informed.

This waterfront apt was simply amazing! Paulo was wonderful and we didn’t want to leave. The view was exquisite and we loved being in the water. We loved this little piece of heaven‼️‼️

Fabulous location with stunning sunsets!

I felt very smug all holiday as it was me who chose this great place for our family summer holiday this August!. Heda was a superb host, tending to our needs and everything was clean and tidy inside the appartment and outside around the terrace. Her grandson, Paolo was also very efficient in replying to emails and answering any questions. The best thing about this place is the location with access to the sea a few steps away from the terrace area and views across to the islands. We swam everyday in the clear waters of the sea and in the evening watched the sun setting whilst eating dinner. It was really wonderful. We hired a car which was a good idea, but some of the other guests used taxis to get about. There is a supermarket (and a bread shop) in the next village and larger supermarkets in Dubrovnik which is only about 5 - 10 minutes away. The old town is very beautiful and well worth a few visits and I've never seen so many restaurants in one place! All in all, I can't recommend this place enough for couples and families, ( we have a 15 year old and a 21 year old) and they thought is was great too!

Stunning views and water access!

I was reluctant to book so far from the Old Town, but boy was I wrong! First off, daytime hours in the Old Town can just be a nightmare due to overcrowding and the heat😅😅😅. So who has it better than you if you book this rental? You can either enjoy the Old City during the cooler morning hours, or early evening before dinner, walk the wall, museums, etc. and then return to a beautiful dip into the sea, or just lounge seaside with a book, or my favorite….take a nap! Uber back in the evening for a nice dinner, reservations are highly recommended, especially at the Taj Mahal by favorite Bosnian restaurant in the Old Town. Too good to be true… well, you must, I mean MUST have an Uber account to get around. A trip to the Old City is about $10.00 time dependent but a cab will cost about 30.00….rip off…so If you are Uber ready, I recommend this rental highly. Communicating with Paolo and Mario is easy breezy. Mario will recommend a nearby restaurant, a grocery store (by Uber of course) but he and his wife Elena are so sweet and ever helpful. So I say book and enjoy!

Amazing

Paulo is a kind and attentive host. We got in late and he called in an order for delicious pizza and shared with us some wine and beer and a local shot of something. The views are awesome and we'll definitely be back!

Amazing rental - highly recommended!

This rental really exceed our expectations. There were three of us, and we rented the 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment. Here are the the highlights: it's right on a private beach & we had our own terrace, it's quiet, stellar sunsets, it's clean and comfortable. Dubrovnik Stari Grad is a 15 minute ride away, and Uber is the best option since parking is limited and can be expensive. There isn't a market that is walking distance, but Konoba restaurant is across the street. Neda is a wonderful host - she is friendly, accommodating, and will help with whatever is needed. She arranged a 3 island tour for us which was a great day trip. She has all the beach paraphernalia you need. She brought us fresh fruit, homemade jams, rakia and more. Words can't capture what a dream she was to me and my family. We would absolutely return!

Location Location, Location

this villa is right on the water. the location could not be better. the views are amazing and the beach though rocky is perfect for a cool swim after sightseeing all day. The rooms are comfortable and clean. If you are traveling with 2 couples though the 2nd bedroom just has 2 small twin beds that can be a bit uncomfortable for grownups. they would be perfect for 2 kids. the 2 bathrooms are small but very clean and useable. Neta who owns the place is a delight. she could not be more accommodating. She arranged a 3 island tour for us and it was perfect.

Wonderful hospitality in a gorgeous setting

We had a wonderful 10 day stay with our two children during the summer. What we loved about the property was the direct access to the sea and pebble beach, which kept the children entertained for hours, particularly with the floats and inflatables. We made good use of the outdoor seating particularly after coming back during the evening and watching the lovely views and sunset. Neyda, the property owners grandma made us feel at home and gave good advice on things which included a boat trip to the Elaphite islands, with the boat picking us up and dropping us back at the sea steps to the apartment. We used Uber all the time to travel around Dubrovnik and the surrounding area as we didn't have a car. We found this the best way to travel. Alternatively there is a bus stop right by the apartment. The local restaurant is ok and very convenient which we used a couple of times, but you are spoilt for choice for eating out in Dubrovnik. The proprietors are very friendly. The nearest supermarket was a 25 minute walk to Mokosica which was the only inconvenience, but you can get everything you need there. Overall a thoroughly enjoyable stay - and would we recommend it - YES!

Amazing stay in Croatia

Seaside apartment with parking. We had a great time,everything was just as advertised.Paulo was very helpful.Old town was great,we walked til our feet fell off then went home and jumped in the sea.We have used home away many times and were never disappointed.

Perfect spot to relax!

Neda’s villa is clean, comfortable, and quiet and she is such a warm and friendly host. My friends and I had everything we needed to enjoy our days by the sea. This is a great spot to come back to after a day of exploring the city or nearby islands. We also spent entire days here laying in the sun and enjoying the water. The stairs to the sea are so convenient! We stayed here without renting a car and ubers were quick to pick us up whenever we wanted to head into Dubrovnik. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy the sun and sea with a great host.

An oasis on the sea!!

Don’t even hesitate to stay here! We woke up every morning to jump in the water and relax. The beds were comfortable and you can see the water from your bedroom window. The showers were perfect after a long day swimming. We were able to cook a meal or two in the kitchen, but we ate on our terrace. We were two couples on vacation without our kids and we didn’t want to leave. It was amazing. I would suggest to take the bus to Old Town as finding parking is quite difficult and the taxi was a little expensive. Nada was so sweet. I would love to come back!!

Perfect.

This place was in the most perfect location. 15 minutes drive from the busy, noisy bustle of the Old Town, this place was quiet and peaceful. It has a private lounging area right on the clear, blue sea. It even has a ladder that goes into the water for easy swimming access. Our hostess was so kind and accommodating, asking us how she could help, showing us how to run the washing machine and even bringing fresh eggs, homemade jam and milk for our baby. The apartment itself was very clean and comfortable. We would love to return here someday!

I judge a holiday by the length of time it takes me to forget my work passport. Day 2 - a near record! Loved Croatia. Loved the temperature, loved the food (typical Mediterranean), loved the island hopping boat trips, loved the waterfalls in Studenci in Bosnia (bit of a trip but worth it). Parking in Dubrovnik a nightmare but seeing the old city was worth the parking fine. Paulo was really helpful prior to our arrival. Made the trip organisation easy-peasy. And on arrival his grandmother, Neda (70 years going on 40) proved to be a real gem. Coffee, wine and laughter all flowed freely. She is a person who just keeps on giving. We were given royal treatment. Would I return? Absolutely.

WOW WOW WOW-locaion, hospitality-all fantastic!

I am a little overwhelmed sitting down to write this review because I fear my words won't do it justice! But I will try: With less than a week before we wanted to stay I communicated with Paulo who got back to me immediately. Answering all of my questions quickly & being so flexible as I kept changing my dates! He even ensured the apartment would have a bed for my 20 month old (which it did, and she loved) We rented a car which I would advise if you plan to explore on your own. Upon arrival Paulo's grandma, Neda, greeted us so warmly offering us beer and wine from minute one! I knew at that moment she was going to make a great hostess ;) Neda is nothing short of an AMAZING woman. Even though broken English, she is so sweet, accommodating, and would do anything to ensure our stay was relaxing and perfect. My daughter adored her which was also helpful :) Among the many many things she did to make our trip great, she even arranged a boat to pick us up right from the terrace to take us out for a day of island hopping. The boat was semi-private (so only about 10 other people), and was a great deal for what was provided (lunch and drinks included!) and the convenience of being picked up and dropped off at your door step? PRICELESS The place itself is great. Took us about 10 mins or less to get to the old city (Park in the big garage in that area-its just easier than trying to find parking!) But the biggest selling point is for sure the outside living space. You just cannot beat the access to dive into the sea anytime you want, or watch the beautiful sunset -from your bed if you wanted to! The accommodations themselves are clean and comfortable. We were in a 2 bedroom, with two bathrooms, a dining area in the kitchen, which is small but perfect for what we needed. You really don't spend a lot of time indoors other than to sleep and shower-so you don't need anything fancy. Trust me-you will live outside of this place. I had posted a link to this place on my Facebook during the trip, along with my vacuum photos, and I received a number of messages that people were so intrigued they were going to book (some had never even considered a trip to croatia before me gushing about how great our place and our hostess was!) I can 100% recommend this apartment/whole villa. If you are looking for super fancy inside accommodations, it might not be for you, but if you are looking for a million dollar views, sea access, and location with hospitality to match-then book!

Perfect for totally chillout

We (two young couples from Germany) stayed in this apartment for two weeks and were totally satisfied. Yes, it is a little bit away from the city but perfect if you are looking for a quiet place to relax. The view from the terrace is amazing and after 10 steps you can jump into the sea. The rooms are ok for croatian standard and you have everything what you need inside. Paulo and his family (especially his hearted grandma) are so friendly and you can ask allways if you need something - it doesn't matter e.g. taxi, transfer to the airport or near shops or contacts to rent a boat trip or scooters, they take care for it immediately. We felt comftable and teated kindly at any time. Thank you for this nice holiday! We will never forget and look back happy...

Wonderful Vacations

Our vacations were amazing. The villa is in a fantastic spot. The owner, Miss Needa is a fantastic person. Always ready to help and bring anothyng we need. We learned things about Croacia with her and more are we in love withe this country and city. The view is fantastic and the location only 5m. car from Dubrovnik Old Town. It as a small beach near the villa (2m. by foot or 5m by swiming), supermarket, restaurant in front and a fantastic sea, 1m. away from the bedroom. We love to take a dive just before breakfast. We were very well received, no complains. We would love to stay more time, but we could not. This is a very quiet place, excelent for relax and just 5m away from the city. It was a dream wake up and take a swin in front of the house and have breakfast and dineer with this amazing views. Thank you for all.... you were the best. Thanks for the wine :)

Stunning Location, wonderful hosts.

We stayed at the Villa for 3 nights, a group of 11 for a Hen Weekend. Paulo could not have been more helpful, answering numerous questions and helping to arrange transport to and from the airport, as well as a very memorable boat trip. The villa is split in to 4 apartments, all self contained which was idea for our requirements. Neda the owner was there to greet us on arrival and nothing was too much for her. So welcoming and helpful, she took us to the local shop on arrival, and would have been happy to take us every day should be have needed to. Taxis were arranged for us to go into the old town, which is stunning. The location is ideal for any visitor to the area and the villa boasts its own terrace with direct access to the beautiful blue sea. We visited the resturant, which is located just over the road 3 times during our stay. Fabulous fresh seafood, tasty steaks and the most wonderful owners, who made us feel so at home we just had to keep going back. Everyone had such a wonderful time - we will be back!

Luckily, I have a chance to swim and dive 300 days a year. Sitting next to the sea, drinking a glass of wine in the evening and eating fish caught a moment ago. Who would not like to live like that? The sounds that waves make are just gorgeous.
