Nice couples cabin. Not for families.

Nice cabin. Less expensive than the bigger cabins. Good location just off the Pigeon Forge strip of shops and restaurants. Full kitchen. Good for a couples or sleep on the couch. Pull out not comfortable or suitable to sleep on. WiFi slow but usable. Our AT&T service was faster. Easy check in and check out.

22 year anniversary

Great location; excellent staff. Very impressed with the staff, checking to make sure all was well and even after we were packed and on the road home they called to make sure we were OK and everything went well. 3 suggestions for improvement : (1)an iron and ironing board (2) DVD player would not work (3) new blinds on the windows Even if these suggestions are not done I'll still be coming back. Thank you to the owner and staff of Eagle Resort properties

Good deal, clean, close to town, and inexpensive

We found this cabin for a last minute trip. It was one of the better deals in the area and very close to town. We received comprehensive instructions via email fairly quickly. Check in was easy and quick and the cabin was only a few minutes away. The cabin was clean, had plenty of dishes, pots, pans and utensils for cooking. The grill had enough gas and was relatively clean. The hot tub was clean, but only one jet was working. Other than that, the only downside was the lack of free tickets like at other rentals. It's possible this is what keeps the price a little lower though, so it's not a huge hit.
