Needs a lot of love
This apartment is located in the Dama De Noche complex which is right next to Puerto Banus.
The unit itself needs a lot of love. Poorly decorated using cheap furniture for the price charged. Cleanliness was an issue when we checked in. refrigerator hadn't been cleaned out and food remained from past guests in pantries. Utensils and plates had not been cleaned properly. No basic utilities like a toaster or a coffee machine for example.
Power in the apartment would cut out a minimum of 3 times a day, forcing us to have to switch general power breaker back on everytime.
Mattresses and beds are not comfortable and need to be changed. Even though the owner said he had just refurnished this unit.
When we checked in AC was not working but owner was responsive in fixing issue the same day. Same goes for window coverings that were fixed after our check in.
All in all we were disappointed with the apartment for the price we payed especially given that this was supposed to be a brand new refurnished unit. The unit has great potential but needs a lot of love and attention
