Beautiful modern property with great facilities and wonderful views over the Adriatic. Good beaches 10 minutes walk away and the gorgeous town and shops within 20 minutes walk. Danieja is a lovely and helpful host. The property was perfect for our 3 generations family gathering.

We had the best stay! Property was beautiful and clean with the most amazing view. Very comfortable and the host Danijela was available at all times, giving us suggestions for restaurants and visits. The pool and hot rub were terrific and the house is situated up on a hill , walking distance from beach and the beautiful town of omis. Was hard to leave.

Well positioned well equipped villa, good quality seating indoors and outdoors. Location convenient for the old town, car not essential, but recommended.Danijela and Evitsa were always on hand to answer any questions we had and made us feel comfortable. Pool was clean and tidy. Didn't use the hot tub. Two of the security shutters were not operational, but Duce is a safe area and this didn't bother us. Basic cleaning is done weekly, so we tried to keep villa clean as we would our own home, we could have done with a dustpan and brush or a vacuum cleaner, the vacuum pipe attachments were in a cupboard, but not the vacuum cleaner. Overall, a great holiday villa, nearly perfect, no complaints!
