After extensive renovations, the homeowner has created a more home-like feeling rather than a hotel setting.

Wake each morning to the sounds of birds singing in the trees and cool breezes. Enjoy your morning coffee, prepared by the full time housekeeper, on any of the three private sitting areas. In the evening enjoy a glass of wine while the sun sets right before your eyes. It will take your breath away.

The Resort offers two of the most magnificent beaches in all of Punta Mita, one family pool, one adults only pool and the magnificent Lazy River. Enjoy thirty-six holes of golf on a Jack Nicklaus designed course, featuring the one of a kind, Ocean Green. If it`s tennis you wish then the tennis/golf van will pick you up and deliver you court side. Kids For All Seasons Club is available for the children to take a break from the parents and engage in an arts and crafts activity or a game of soccer from 9-7 each and everyday.

All guests will be required to sign a rental contract that will be emailed after your Airbnb reservation is confirmed.

Guests will need to provide a scanned ID or photo that will be used to set up beach club access cards. They will also need to electronically sign access forms.
Weddings are not allowed.

Recommended gratuities are 8-10% of the villa rental. These percentages apply to the entire staff, not to each individual staff member. If you have any questions, please consult the property manager once onsite.
