The apartment is within a very easy walk of the centre of Parma. There is also a good, secure car park less than 2 minutes walk away (via JF Kennedy). The apartment was pretty comfortable and had most things you needed. However, the entrance is really off putting (the front door doesn't open very easily, several panes of glass on the door and along the shared space to the apartment were broken, the corridor is very dark, gloomy and run down and when we arrived there were piles of rubbish on either side of the main door). This is a real shame because it really lets the apartment down. The apartment itself would probably be 4* (just lacks a bit of love / charm) but the entry really needs to be tidied up and made more welcoming.
