New one-bedroom apartments in the center, a stone's throw from the sea

The new Panta Rei suites consist of fully self-contained two-room apartments located in the centre of Senigallia, across from the Portici Ercolani. Situated just outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL), they are accessible by car, and the area is served by numerous car parks. The particularly picturesque riverside location places the suites equidistant from both sides of the famous “Velvet Beach,” which can be easily reached on foot in just a few minutes, as can all the key spots in the historic centre.<br>Completely renovated during the first four months of 2021, the suites available to guests offer approximately 47 square metres of space. Each suite sleeps up to four people, making it perfect for families or groups of friends. Larger groups can keep the connecting doors between their suites open, effectively doubling (or tripling) their living space.<br>Each suite includes all the latest amenities to ensure comfort and convenience—from air conditioning to a washing machine and Wi-Fi—while the kitchenette is equipped with induction cooktops, as well as, of course, a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom serving each suite is brand-new and designed with meticulous attention to both aesthetic and practical details.<br>Each two-room apartment has its own unique features: for example, the Suite dell’Aria boasts a large, elegant medieval-style bookshelf whose central niche provides access to a completely separate kitchen area.<br>Our suites are primarily intended for summer rentals to tourists; you can request customised quotes based on your holiday dates, the number of guests and their ages, as well as the length of your stay.<br>We offer discounts for children, and for the little ones, all necessary equipment is included (high chair, changing table, stroller, baby bathtub, and age-appropriate toys) to allow families to enjoy a peaceful holiday without too much hassle. <br>Prices during the summer season include all utilities, of course, as well as the tourist tax, which we will cover.<br>We also offer bicycles for free use—not brand-new but fully functional—and a garage to store them.<br>The suites can also be reserved for medium-term stays from mid-September to early June, when we offer contracts of up to nine months—ideal for professors, interns, and anyone in need of temporary housing.<br>The owners, Marco and Sandra, are always available to welcome and support their guests with the utmost care, assisting them with every detail to ensure a peaceful stay.<br>
