Modern and spacious fully equipped 3 bedroom house with garden, balcony and outdoor parking. This stylish and planned space is perfect for families and couples. Enjoy a BBQ in the garden, where your children can play freely. Please respect or neighbours, no noise after 10:00 pm, especially outside. Relax with Netflix on TV. Enjoy a bath and a glass of wine or cook in our full equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Underfloor heating throughout.

Our house includes 1 parking space, downstairs hallway with shower room. Open plan lounge dining area with kitchen. Sofa bed in lounge folds out to a double bed. Downstairs storage room. Large garden with terrace. Upstairs master bedroom with terrace. Family bathroom, second bedroom with double bed and third bedroom with two single beds. 2 cots, high chair and stair gates free to use. Garden with children's slide and sandpit.
