Very relaxing

We loved our stay at Villa il Cipresso. It is comfortably furnished and has everything you need. Licia is a helpful and attentive host. We enjoyed exploring the surrounding countryside and endless towns and villages, and then relaxed at home in the evenings - perfect! Grazie millie Licia!

Villa il Cipresso magnifica abitazione

Villa il Cipresso é l'ideale per un soggiorno rilassante circondato dalla natura. La posizione é ottima in quanto tutti i borghi e le località turistiche della Toscana e dell'Umbria si raggiungono in pochi minuti d'auto. La casa é arredata con stile e ha tutti i servizi e accessori per godersi un fantastico soggiorno. Roberto e Licia i proprietari sono stupendi, sempre disponibili e molto cordiali.

Villa Il Cipresso is located in a panoramic position over the Valdichiana, ideal to reach the Val d'Orcia and Chianti. Surrounded by olive trees, it offers an unforgettable relaxing experience. Completely fenced and ideal for 4 people, it has two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchenette and fireplace and an equipped garden. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, BBQ and parking inside the property.

What makes this property unique

Scrofiano is a village in Tuscany, central Italy, a frazione of the comune of Sinalunga in the province of Siena. It is located on a hill in Val di Chiana, a few kilometers from Sinalunga proper.
Scrofiano was founded in around the 11th century. It is known however with certainty from the 12th century, when it was a fief of the Cacciaconti family, as part of the Republic of Siena. In the early 15th century it was the seat of a decisive battle between the Ghibelline Sienese and the Guelph Florentines.
In 1554 its castle was besieged by the Imperial-Florentine troops, which destroyed its walls.
