Lovely house with stunning views

Maison Emilie is a wonderful, nicely decorated home in Massa Lubrense. Roberta is a great host and made our stay wonderful, even providing dining suggestions and a driver contact for our trip to Positano. The area is quiet with views of olive and lemon trees along with Capri. Roberta helped make our trip to Italy fantastic!

Fabulous stay in Massa Lubrense

We had an amazing time staying at Roberta’s. The home is beautiful with an amazing view from the balcony. The tight roads driving there was part of the charm, with a couple restaurants and grocery within a 10 minute walk. We absolutely loved our stay. Roberta was very accommodating. She is a 5 plus star host. Thank you so much.

Our stay at Maison Emilie was wonderful! Roberta is a fantastic host! She set up a boat tour and a cooking class for us. The home is immaculate and the view is spectacular. Just a warning, the roads are very narrow, so if you are renting a car, make sure it is not big, and we would highly suggest full insurance coverage. Parking is not right at the house, but just a bit down the road. It wasn't a problem, but just be aware that you won't be parking at the front door. All in all, it is a magical place that we would highly recommend!

Wonderful trip and hosts!

The property is lovely and as described. The view of sea and Capri from living room was spectacular maybe best of any trip we've taken.Roberta and Dario were extremely helpful and gracious, and went above and beyond to help us with a rental car issue. We couldn't have managed this speaking only English. Highly recommend!

Upper floor 2 bedroom apartment of a villa. Nice surrounds, two AC units, well equipped kitchen And really nice hosts. Would readily fit 2 couples plus a couch. 20 min to sorrento and 50 to Naples. Recommend

Roberta was our host and she was lovely! We found our way to her home using the city bus (35 mins from Sorrento) and she met us to walk us through the house, which was really spacious and super clean! Roberta had stocked the kitchen with pasta, sauce, water, coffee, some toasts and jam for breakfast, and a bottle of wine! We visited the grocery store (less than 10 min walk) often and they had everything we needed to make many meals at home. The home was very comfortable and QUIET. The buses run fairly frequently into Sorrento, 7-days a week. Just takes planning as without a car, there is no option to just get up and go when the urge hits. For those looking for comfortable, quiet accommodations that is away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist area, we would definitely recommend Roberta's villa!

Beautiful view of Capri

It was so peaceful ! Capri, Sorrento, Pompeii and the Amalfi Coast were close by. After a visit to these places we came back to enjoy our balcony with its changing scene and sounds. The rooms were very comfortable. The shower was a little small but manageable. Roberta was always willing to help and on short notice. We did not have a car and learned the bus schedule. Such an opportunity to interact with the locals. They were kind and patient.

This property did not disappoint! Beautiful location with a fantastic view of Capri. It is a working farm and the villa is surrounded by lemon trees and an olive grove. Roberta is a fantastic host and truly cares about her guests. The villa was spotless and has a lot of extra touches to make this one of the best places we have stayed in Italy. The area is beautiful and there are so many places to visit. The buses work very well and follow the schedule as indicated. Grocery store is within walking distance. We rented a scooter in Massa and drove to Positano. Unbelievable scenery. Roberta arranged a boat tour to the Amalfi coast for us and it was a highlight of our visit. Highly recommended.

Wir haben eine wundervolle Woche Ende Oktober im Haus von Gabriela verbracht. Die Wohnung hat mehr als ausreichend Platz für 4 Personen, zwei große Schlafzimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer und eine geräumige Küche mit einem gemütlichen Eßtisch. Nur das Bad ist etwas knapp bemessen. In Ausstattung ist relativ neu und gut in Schuß. Bei wunderschönem Spätsommerwetter haben wir auch den Garten mit Doppel-Hängematte und den überdachten Sitzplatz zum Frühstück im Freien sehr genossen.Gabriela ist sehr freundlich, extrem hilfsbereit und unterstützt gerne bei der Organisation von Ausflügen oder bei der Buchung von Restaurants.Das Haus liegt etwas versteckt abseits der Straße von Massa Lubrense nach Santa Agatha. Am besten Ihr laßt Euch von Gabriela den Standort per WhatsApp schicken. Dann ist es leicht zu finden. Allerdings ist die Zufahrt zum Parkplatz sehr steil und eng. Wir empfehlen ein kleines Auto zu mieten.Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen - absolute Empfehlung.
