Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities, communication

Flat was simply filthy! Grim and severe dust around the flat, TV had no ariel so couldn’t use, thick dust all around, water marks on bed base, extractor vent held on by tape, surrounding area run down. ‘Stunning’ it is not. Was not met my host, email not answered, refund refused.
