Toller Ausblick - schöne Lage
Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen mit super Ausblick auf die Küste und die vorgelagerten Inseln. Das Haus ist geräumig und die Betten bequem. Auf der Terrasse ist es gemütlich und man hat viel Platz. Die Waschmaschine wurde gerne von uns genutzt.
Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich.

Une superbe maison mais…
Nous avons séjourné à 8 dans cette superbe maison qui donne sur une baie magnifique. La vue de la terrasse est absolument extraordinaire. Toutefois il faut signaler un gros décalage entre l’annonce et la réalité de la location qui rend le prix de la maison parfaitement inapproprié. Il y a donc plusieurs MAIS qui auraient justifié un geste commercial:
- 4 chambres annoncées, en réalité 3 dans la maison et 1 dans une cave
- climatisation annoncée dans toute la maison, en réalité climatisation juste dans 3 chambres et le salon mais en panne sauf dans la cave et la chambre du bas
- lace vaisselle en panne
- bouteille de vinaigre renversée dans un placard de la cuisine, il a fallu nettoyer tout a l’arrivée
- vaisselle insuffisante en nombre pour cuisiner pour 8. Par exemple, seulement des petites marmites pour une maison pour 8
- piscine privée annoncée, en réalité piscine partagée dans une copropriété, a 5mn à pied tout en bas de la colline avec des horaires à respecter, l’interdiction de plonger ou de parler au bord sous peine de voir les voisins âgés demander aux enfants de sortir de l’eau
Une superbe location donc, mais dont le prix n’est pas justifié. Idéalement situé pour visiter le nord de l’île et l’archipel de la Maddalena
