Lisbon Dreams Estrela Suites - Olive Green Suite with Terrace

Estrela Suites by Lisbon Dreams offers its guests a special holiday adventure right in the heart of one of the oldest neighbourhoods of the city. Estrela Suites is made of 3 independent suites, which all tell their story.. And have its own charm.. The cobbled stoned uphill street, whistling trams, neighbourhood sounds & the peculiarities of an old building provide the guests with the setting for a city break with a twist.

Space
The decor of Olive Green Suite is inspired by olive trees. It´s bedrooms display gorgeous old Portuguese styles, part of the building for many decades. The suite is divided between ground floor and basement-floor and has an access to an external patio with dining table and relaxing space.

Guest access
Guests have an access to a suite (apartment) with two intercommunicating bedrooms (a double & single bed), tiny living room with TV and additional sofa bed (for 2 people). All guests are provided with bed linen, shower towel and bathrobe, as well as shower amenities. The Suite has also a small kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with fridge, microwave, stove, coffee machine, tea kettle and toaster. Additionally there are dishes & cutlery. Perfect for cooking small meals.
Guest interaction
Estrela Suites do not have a permanent reception. All guests are received by Lisbon Dreams staff, who stays available and follows up the guests via e-mail/phone throughout the stay.

Neighborhood overview
Estrela Suites is located in the old part of Lisbon, in the famous Estrela neighbourhood. Being once the home for the more traditional families, today it is loved by people due to its beautiful garden (Jardim da Estrela), impressive Estrela Basilica and Parliament buildings as well as for the long deep uphill street Calçada da Estrela with tram tracks and cobbled stones.

Getting around
Coming from the airport: taxi (+/-15€) From the metro: yellow line stop Rato -> 15 min walk (1 km) (or bus 773) By bus: 773 from Rato, stops right at our door, 727 stops at Rua São Bento (300m from us) Tram 28 (stops right at the door) NB! Trams & buses might not let you in with big suitcase. Coming by car, there is a possibility to park in the neighbourhood streets, paid in 4h blocks (or for free at night or during weekends). The nearest car park is about 20 min walk away). To go to downtown you can simply walk (1,3km/ 20min walk) or take tram 28. To visit Belem, you can catch the bus 727 (stop 300m) or walk to the tram 15 stop (10 min).

Other things to note
* The suite is through 2 floors, therefore not suitable in case of limited mobility.
* Baby kit provided upon request (baby cot, high chair, toys, safety gate for stairs).
* There is neither washing machine nor dishwasher.
* Lisbon Dreams Holiday Homes do not have staff on premises, which means that all check-ins have to be previously prepared. In case you arrive between 15:00-21:00 please choose an exact/fixed hour for our staff to meet you. All check-ins arriving after 21:00 or later have to pick up the key from our Office (1,5 KM from the apartment). All guests who prefer not to fix their arrival hour are also very welcome upon previous agreement, also to pass by our office to pick up the key.
* You can store your luggage before your check-in (15:00) and after your check-out (11:00) in our office (1,5km from the apartment).
