We understand your concerns about the road noise and the size of the space—being close to Beaverton Road does bring some traffic sound, and the cottage is indeed compact, as described in the listing. We have fencing, large shrubs and netting to shield sound. We also appreciate your note about the sofa; We have purchased a new sofa to ensure a more comfortable experience for future guests.
