Outside, there is a large swimming pool with a shallow area for young children, several play areas with a wooden playhouse, a slide, and swings, football goals, a basketball hoop, six bicycles with helmets, a patio with tables and chairs, a barbecue with both wood-burning and gas options... and at the entrance to the property there’s a fenced-in natural pond with goats and chickens inside—chickens that provide us with exceptional eggs that you can cook and try if you’d like.
Inside, on the ground floor, you’ll find two living rooms—one on each side—with sofas, armchairs, and a Smart TV; an accessible bathroom with a fold-down grab bar by the toilet; a room with a heated indoor pool and a whirlpool; a cold-water tub, a shower, and wooden lounge chairs; a room with a washing machine and freezer; a glass-walled lift that serves all three floors of the farmhouse; a pantry; a dining room with a Smart TV; a kitchen equipped with a double refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, induction cooktop, six trash bins to facilitate recycling, a full set of cutlery, and a range hood… and next to the kitchen, a room with a foosball table and a game table. On the ground floor, there is an entryway just outside the lift, a living room with chairs next to a bench and a selection of books, and four bedrooms with double beds and large bunk beds—two of which have bathtubs and two have shower stalls. On the second floor, you’ll also find an entryway just outside the lift and three bedrooms with double beds, one bedroom with bunk beds and an accessible bathroom featuring folding grab bars for the toilet, a folding seat in the shower and a fixed grab bar, a bedroom with an extra bed and a large corner bathtub, and a bedroom with a shower stall.
