The large kitchen is well-equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a freezer, as well as a dining table and an exit leading to the patio and swimming pool. There is also a bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, WC, a separate shower room with WC, and a double hand-basin on this level. The upper floor features three double bedrooms: one with a French bed measuring 150 cm (length 190 cm), another with a double bed measuring 160 cm (length 200 cm), and the third with a French bed measuring 150 cm (length 190 cm).
