My family and I had a wonderful stay. We have a small baby and it was our first time traveling. Maria and Fernando set up a pack and play for us so we didn't have to worry about whet the baby could sleep safely. The place is very close to the town center and is about a 15 minute walk, depending on your pace. It was really nice place with a great cafe across the street where we ended up going to almost every other day. If we come back we will definitely try to stay here once again.

Absolutely wonderful place

Excellent location and excellent property. Plenty of space and excellent amenities. 8 minute walk to downtown. Will happily stay here again in Cascais!

Great apartment and location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The walk to restaurants is just over 5 minutes and not far to the beach either. It's worth noting that eating out here is really good - our host was very kind and helpful and recommended a number of amazing restaurants. Parking the hire car wasn't a problem as there were plenty of safe spaces nearby or the underground garage. The property is very modern and clean.

Gem in Cascais!

The apartment was just perfect. Large rooms, great space, quiet, yet convenient location. Easy walk down to the water and lots to see in the area. This was our first visit to Cascais and our host was super friendly and gave us great information about wonderful restaurants and markets in the area. We would definitely stay there again! Very positive experience.

Leisurely stay in Cascais

The property is in an excellent location to downtown Cascais if you don't mind doing a little walking.There is a laundromat within 2 minute walk from apartment.Highly recommend !!

The hosts were extremely kind and accommodating. The property was not only spacious but had everything we could possibly require further supporting how considerate the hosts are. The location was superb. Within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, etc. A short train ride took us right into Lisbon and only a few minutes drive to Sintra. I would highly recommend!

Lovely stay

Overall our stay in this apartment in Cascais was perfect. It was very spacious and equipped with everything you could need. Fernando was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions I had. I would recommend staying at this property to anyone visiting cascais!

This place was out of the craziness of the downtown core but close enough to walk everywhere. It was quiet and peaceful. No issues with the amenities, everything was there and everything worked. I will say the Air conditioners worked awesome.Thank you

Absolute great stay

The entire apartment is completely updated. The balcony was my favorite place to have coffee in the morning and sunning in the afternoon. Fernando and Maria Jose are great hosts with many recommendations for shopping and places to eat. Short walk to water, shopping and train station. Coffee shop, excellent restaurant and convenience store just a few minutes walk. Highly recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat

Highly recommend this apt!

Our family of four had the best time in Cascais. This apartment was incredibly spacious and had every comfort of home. We were here for a wedding- and this space was a quiet, relaxing oasis. The beds were so comfortable! We would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. The hosts were so friendly and communicative. Thank you Maria and Fernando. We loved your place so much!!!

Spacious, modern, clean and well equipped two bed room apartment. Nice neighborhood. About 12 minutes walk to beach and restaurants. About 12 minutes walk to a major supermarket which also has a food court and you can feed any sort of picky eater there. Host is super nice and quickly responsive. Balcony is lovely to sit and relax. ACs are cool and quiet. We had great time and will certainly go back.

Well appointed property in good location

All contact made with José Maria and Ferdinand during the booking process were responded to promptly and were very helpful. On arrival at the property we were welcomed by José Maria and Ferdinand who were very thorough in explaining to us how everything worked in the apartment, including access to the private garage, the large screen TV, the audio system and all the other great amenities. The apartment is on the first floor of a small, modern building with only 2 units on each floor. There is an elevator from the garage level to each floor if needed. The building is in excellent condition, very secure and electrically operated roll-away shutters on all doors and windows in the unit gave an added sense of security. The furnishings are all of high quality, an extremely comfortable bed in the master bedroom and numerous electrical outlets throughout the unit. The kitchen, at the rear of the unit, is well equipped with up-to-date appliances, including a washing machine, dish washer and refrigerator/freezer. We were able to easily come and go as we pleased during our 10 day stay, and did not hear or encounter any other occupants of the building......apart from some slight traffic noise it was very quiet in the unit. The walk into Cascais is an easy 10 minutes (downhill) with some interesting sites on the way if you take some of the side streets. Cascais itself is a very clean, relaxing town with many great restaurants and delightful walks along the well maintained ocean-front. Additionally, it's a very easy (and inexpensive) train ride to Lisbon, with trains running every 20 minutes. The other must-see site close-by is Sintra, only a 15 minute drive, but due to its worldwide popularity, traffic and parking could be a problem in the peak tourist season. Overall, we would highly recommend Cascais and this property. Well worth the 5***** rating. Trevor & Helen Toronto, Canada

Excellent accommodations

The apartment was exactly as described on the VRBO site. It was spotless. Communication with the owners was quick and easy. Maria Jose was there to show us everything and recommended a couple a restaurants across the street . They were delicious. Location was close to shops , restaurants and the beach. We could not have asked for better accommodations for our vacation in Cascais. We loved it!

A lovely stay in a very nice apartment

We were met by the owner on check-in and given a warm welcome. The property was spotlessly clean, spacious and very well equipped. There are a couple of great restaurants across the road and local stores for essentials. Cascais beaches are a 1km/20mins walk from the apartment and are very clean with good amenities. The centre of Cascais is lively with lots of shops and restaurants. The apartment provided a very comfortable base for our stay. The owners were responsive to messages when needed. Overall, the apartment gave us a great base and we had a fantastic holiday. We thoroughly recommend the apartment.

Highly recommended

We received a warm and helpful welcome. The apartment is modern funishered, well equipped and there have been no issues at all. Plenty of parking space outside. If you are sensitive to it, some traffic noise from the street could be bothersome while sitting outside. Overall I highly recommend this apartment. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay!
