The Olive Tree is an oasis set in the heart of Eastbourne.
Just a few minutes walk from the shops, train station, lots of restaurants and the beach, it is ideally located for anyone wanting to be near the action.
It also boasts a lovely private patio garden, plus an off road parking space - an unusual bonus in such a central location.
The master bedroom is a kingsize and the second bedroom a single with an extra pull out child bed, so this flat can sleep 3 adults, or 2 adults & 2 children.
This Exclusively Eastbourne apartment is on Lushington Road, close to the boutique shops and bars of the popular Little Chelsea area.
Set on the ground floor and all one level, it is an easy option for those with mobility issues.
The property boasts a fully equipped kitchen, complete with hob, double oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and a Nespresso coffee machine and milk frother.
A spacious dining lounge has a dining table, plus two comfy sofas in front of the large flat screen Smart TV.
There is a tranquil patio garden, accessed from the kitchen or master bedroom - complete with reading nook and water feature at one side and an outdoor dining set at the other.
At the rear of the property is an allocated parking space suitable for a small car (up to VW Golf size maximum). If your car is larger, we can provide permits for £2 per day to park on a nearby street.
WiFi is provided, plus linen and regular towels (bring your own beach towels). A keysafe makes check in a breeze. Please note there are exterior security cameras monitoring the building entrance.
