The villa is divided into two separate apartments (one on the ground floor and one on the ground floor). It features a shared garden equipped with a sun deck, an outdoor shower to use when returning from the beach, and two private parking spaces (one per apartment). Each apartment, recently renovated, is equipped with every comfort: air conditioning, a washing machine, a dishwasher, linens and dishes, a cleaning service upon arrival and departure, and the option to provide toys, a cot, and a high chair for children.
The Orange Apartment, located on the ground floor with a terrace offering a sea view, consists of a spacious living room with dining area, a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a kitchen-dining area, and a bathroom.
The sea is crystal clear, and the coastline features golden sand. Just 500 m from the house, you’ll find a pharmacy, an on-call medical service, and several convenience stores. There are also pizzerias, restaurants, and equipped beaches (some of which require a fee).
Lido di Noto is very close to other famous seaside resorts such as Marzamemi, Portopalo di Capopassero, San Lorenzo, and Cassibile. In the immediate vicinity, you can visit the archaeological site of Villa del Tellaro, home to important mosaics. Nature lovers can visit the Cavagrande Nature Reserve, which offers spectacular scenery featuring waterfalls surrounded by lush greenery. Furthermore, the town is located just about 8 km from the splendid Baroque city of Noto, rich in churches and historic buildings, as well as restaurants, bars, and shops—all accessible by tourist bus. Just 18 km away lies the beautiful city of Syracuse, where you can visit, among other attractions, the Greek theatre and the important Paolo Orsi Museum; you can also relax by strolling through the charming narrow streets of the Ortigia district, which is full of shops and excellent traditional restaurants.
