Houtteville is a small village located in the Marais de Carentan. The swamps are visible from October to March and cover the surrounding, immense meadows with water, which changes the landscape every six months. It is also the domain of the storks, which you can spot here regularly in their nest on the lamp posts on the edge of the roads. The village of Baupte, 10 minutes away, offers shops (good bakery and butcher shop). The nearest cities are Carentan, Sainte-Mère L """"Église and La Haye-du-Puits. You can relax in the house perfectly. The open kitchen is furnished with a fridge and oven. Barbecue will make your evenings delightful.
