The holiday was saved by Jo in the Dartmouth office. We are traveling around England from New Zealand, so not familiar with the way some of the whiteware works. Loved the position of the apartment, buy tell me "WHO" changes Internet provider without informing the company who manage the property, so information in property can be updated? Without Jo coming straight out to help us, we would have been stuck, as was traveling with only a NZ phone number.On reading the visitors book, the previous people had the same issues as us, including half of the lounge window not opening.Spare a thought for traveller's, only providing 3 individual sachets of coffee was just insane.But again, position was great.
