Great holiday home with the best location for peace and quiet and beautiful views of the water. Electricity and final cleaning included. No car traffic, just peace and quiet. Here you can enjoy the rugged nature and the sea behind the house. Beach 50 m away and the island's best sandy beach 300 m away. Satellite dish with Astra1 for European TV channels outside the Nordics, NKR1, 2 and 3 via TV antenna. The single beds can be folded into a double bed. 180 cm ceiling height in the middle of the loft. Gas grill with 3 burners. The island of Espevær has 60-70 inhabitants. Own smokehouse for salmon. Lobster park. UFO rings from 1975. 50 m cable ferry to an island with exhibitions, art etc. Rich bird life. Boats for rent at the floating pier 50 m from the holiday home: Askeladden 14 foot 30hp Yamaha, for those who rent the 14 foot boat, a 12 foot boat with a 3.5 hp engine can also be rented for older children/young people, to be agreed upon arrival. Fish filleting place. Passenger boat from Eidesvik - Espevær 8-10 min crossing, 20 departures weekdays and 10 departures Saturday and Sunday, see: www.gulenskyss.no. Secure parking at Eidesvik. 600 m to walk along a gravel road and 200 m along a narrow stony path from the shuttle boat quay to the holiday house, possible to borrow a wheelbarrow for the luggage. NB! Exchange day Fridays.
