This one-bedroom apartment is the perfect base for your stay in sunny
Malta! Located in a modern block just a short walk from the beautiful
Msida waterfront, it offers easy access to the popular promenades of
Ta' Xbiex, Gzira, Sliema, and St. Julian's, with stunning views of
Marsamxett Harbour.

The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all the amenities
you need for a comfortable stay, including a living/dining area opening
up to a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bedroom with wall-hung
A/C that can be set up as a double bed or 2 singles. The bathroom
includes a shower cubicle, and the unit also features free WiFi and
cable TV.

Conveniently located just a short walk from a mini supermarket and
Lidl, the apartment is ideal for couples, students, or families with
children. With public transport available at your doorstep, it's easy
to explore the area's trendy promenade cafes, restaurants, boat trips,
and Sliema's busy shopping center. The University of Malta and Mater
Dei Hospital are only a 15-minute walk away.

Cleaning prior to arrival and after departure is included in the price,
and two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed are
provided. Additional cleaning during the stay will incur extra
charges.

with a monthly rate, excluding utilities.

gutes Apartment mit ein wenigen kleinen Mängeln

Apartment ist in gutem Zustand. Sehr schlicht und einfach eingerichtet, aber alles was man braucht ist da. Kleine Mängel z.B in der Dusche (Probleme mit warm/kalt Wasserregelung). Check-in sehr gut und einfach geregelt mit Schlüsselboxen und Türcodes. Einziges Problem keine Hausnummer am Gebäude und kein Bild von außen, so dass es alleine ohne Hilfe schwer zu finden ist. Eingangsbereich etwas durcheinander… offene Kabel und Stromzähler oder ähnliches. Sehr gute Busverbindungen nach Valletta und Sliema direkt vor der Haustüre. Alles in allem guter Standort. Etwas ruhiger aber auch etwas heruntergekommene Gegend. Insgesamt zufrieden mit dem Aufenthalt und dem Apartment.
