VERY NICE STAY HERE !

We had a very nice stay here! Ideal for a family with 4 or 5 kids. Very peaceful, great outdoor kitchen, nice garden for children and with really big stone BBQ. Very nice owners, very friendly.

Io ed il mio ragazzo siamo stati in vacanza due settimane in agosto. I proprietari sono veramente gentili. Abbiamo trovato la dependance pulita, corrispondente alle foto e completa di tutto Abbiamo girato parecchio, ci sono molti borghi carini da visitare. Ascoli Piceno merita di sicuro una visita Altra cosa che ci è piaciuta, sono i prezzi dei ristoranti. Venendo dalla Lombardia abbiamo trovato dei prezzi ottimi, quindi ci siamo regalati qualche mangiata in più rispetto al solito. Consigliassimo anche per chi è appassionato di bici, c’erano veramente molte persone in giro in bicicletta

We had a great time on Casa del Gelso together with 12 friends from our study in Maastricht, Holland. Everything was arranged perfectly: the beautiful location, the friendly people in the village of Montefiore, the property itself, the cleaning, the food/drinks. All in all we had a perfect holiday and we would like to recommend Casa del Gelso to everyone!

Wundervolles Haus

Wir haben jetzt das zweite Mal unseren Urlaub hier verbracht. Der Ausblick auf die Monte Sibillini ist atemberaubend, sowohl beim Frühstück als auch beim abendlichen Glas Wein auf der bequemen Garden. Völlige Ruhe in gepflegter Umgebung - der perfekte Ort für einen Urlaub zu zweit. Notwendige Einkäufe kann man in Montefiore dell'Aso wenige Minuten entfernt erledigen. Die Vermieterin Katia hilft gern mit Tipps zu Aktivitäten und Restaurants und sorgt so zusätzlich dafür, dass ein Urlaub in den Marken ein unvergessliches Erlebnis wird.

Fabulous vacation

We were a large family with two young children staying at this villa this Summer. A very tastefully decorated villa with great facilities and very helpful owners. We were given plenty of information about the surrounding area which is awash with plenty to see and do. Fabulous walks and delicious local fare. A real gem of a place in a simply stunning area.

Very comfortable stay

Very comfortable stay. Property clean/well maintained. Spacious and on the whole well furnished and well equipped. Definitely need a car but as we had one this was not a problem. Yes, would recommend this property and would use it again if in the area. We took my elderly parents who also loved it and managed fine

A perfect family retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Casa del Gelso. It was a perfect family retreat for both our Italian and English families to meet and take advantage of the serenity and beautiful surroundings. We were able to accommodate everyone comfortably from small children to grandparents. There was plenty to do just at the house, between walking, hiking, cooking, and just relaxing. We loved that it was so quiet you could just listen to the breeze and birds singing. We were surrounded by blooming flowers, trees and the literally every view was breath-taking. We would drive the short distance to city center for shopping and restaurants and took advantage of the local flavors and ingredients to make some amazing meals at the house. We would highly recommend staying at this Villa if you are looking for a clean, spacious stone farmhouse to accommodate multiple families, have a large kitchen and and outdoor eating area too, want to take advantage of the fresh air and enjoy outdoor activities, and most of all tranquility

Lorsque vous arrivez à Montefiore, vous êtes conquis par l'authenticité d'une ville restaurée avec goût. Cette cité fortifiée domine une campagne verdoyante et vallonnée, où vignes et oliviers s'étendent à perte de vue. La région offre de multiples possibilités de découvertes tant naturelles que culturelles. Le ville très confortable et charmant, dispose d'une terrasse ouverte sur cet endroit magique. De plus, nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, leurs nombreux conseils et leur prévenance pour rendre notre séjour le plus agréable possible.

Idyllic spot to enjoy rural Italy

Casa del Gelso is an idyllic spot from where you can enjoy the delights of rural Italy. The accommodation is very high quality and located in a very peaceful spot, with extensive gardens to relax in. It's relatively close to two towns for shops and restaurants; and accessible from several airports. The owners are on hand to provide help and advice; and you'll be made to feel very welcome. I had a very relaxing and delightful stay and would strongly recommend this accommodation.

Wir durften für 9 Tage in einer traumhaften Landschaft in diesem wunderschönen Haus unseren Urlaub verbringen. Haupthaus und Lage super, Ausstattung klasse, alles Bestens !!! Sehr nette Vermieter. REALLY GORGEOUS HOUSE

CASA DEL GELSO offered us a wonderfully peaceful stay in lovely surroundings. Villa was well furnished, and our hosts, were beyond welcoming and helpful. We found the property's location perfect for access to all parts of the Sibillini National Park, as well as only a short drive to the marvels of Ascoli Piceno. We enjoyed eating at nearby restaurants recommended by our hosts, and eating home-cooked meals on our private garden with BBQ in the moon-light. We would certainly return on another visit.

Really suggested !

We spent a wonderful week at Mulberry House in September. The location is breathtaking, the accommodation is comfortable and very well equipped and the hosts are marvellous. Katia and Marco have gone to great lengths to make sure that you get the very best from your holiday and have created a wonderful place in Le Marche. Really suggested !

Great place to stay !

What a beautiful property in such a convenient position. It was the best of both worlds with a garden but shops and restaurants a couple of minutes away. We visited several of the hilltop villages and the Simillini mountains. Katia who looks after the property was very helpful with local information. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and if there were not so many places in the world to visit we would certainly come back –we might even yet!

5 STARS ACCOMODATION !

We rate this accommodation with 5 stars!! We stayed in the this Villa for 8 nights in June. As we arrived, the welcome by Owner was very hearty. They have shown us the garden and the Villa, which is styled in a very nice way, well equipped, very clean and the whole house is very well maintained. Very nice garden with a beautiful BBQ. We had some good advice for trips and nice restaurants. We recommend these holiday apartments to all the ones, who love to have a real quite accommodation, with all the luxury that its got. We loved to drive to the Sibylline mountains for hiking and mountain biking. But also visit all the nice villages in the environment, as well as the sea. Thanks to Katia and Marco. We had some wonderfull days. We definitely will visit this accommodation again.

Definetly reccomend this holiday villa !

The house is excellent for a relaxing holiday. Very quiet and beautiful surroundings. You will find everything you need in this house to espend a RELAXING week. Fully equiped and nice decorated kitchen and bedrooms, plenty of bathrooms so many guest will not be an issue. Location is superb, hidden in the hills and at the same time close enough to main road to access main towns in few minutes. Definetly reccomend this holiday villa !
