Luxourious detatched house with stunning views

Wonderful place for family and/or friends
The house is located in the beautiful wooded Gaasterland and has a beautiful view over forests and meadows.

The house has recently been renovated and is ample closet space and there is a cozy box bed with skylight. Upstairs is also the second toilet with washbasin.

Outside are plenty of seating areas and sun loungers, as well as a BBQ.fully equipped. Downstairs is a spacious dining kitchen, living room with fireplace. Also downstairs is the shower with separate toilet.

The house has everything for a pleasant stay, so games, books and complete kitchen equipment are available.

Upstairs are two spacious double rooms and a double cabin bed.

Wunderful house in a peaceful environment

We love this house with the open room for kitchen and living room. Everything we needed was there. We enjoyed the 3 sleeping rooms, especially our children loved the little one. All is close to several locations. The beach at oudemirdum (sybrandys speelpark) was top for children. Thank you for a week of relaxing and enjoying netherland and the ijsselmeer.

Sondel Surprise not what was advertised.

The listing did not reflect what we found. We came with 6 adults and two cars, but could not get a second key and fob. We entered the house and found the beds were not made and ready. There were dirty dishes stacked in the cupboard. There were spiderwebs and dirt inside the house. The outside and laundry room were a messy. Some of the screens were broken. The listing said the pool was fenced, but when we asked if we could use, they said no we can’t. Declutter and use some quality furnishings. Overall it was a very disappointing start to a family get together.

Beste Jacobus, Wat vervelend te horen. Dat het niet schoon is hoort zeker niet, ik zal de schoonmaak hier op aanspreken. Excuus. Het zwembad staat niet in de advertentie en. Ook in de advertentie staat heel duidelijk dat er een twee persoons bedstede is. Die kritiek is dus wat mij betreft niet terecht. Hartelijke groet , Elsbeth

Aufenthalt war Okay. Das Haus hat von außen einen neuen Anstrich nötig. Die anderen Häuser sahen von außen gepflegter aus. Im Haus war alles was man benötigt vorhanden.

Gemütliches Haus in schöner Lage

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in diesem sehr schön eingerichteten Häuschen. Das Haus ist unten im Wohn/Essbereich sehr gemütlich und geräumig. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind ebenfalls gemütlich, aber das dritte Schlafzimmer ist eher ein kleines "Liebesnest". Leider war der Pool nicht im Garten, sondern ein Stückchen weg an der Rezeption der Anlage. Es gibt 3 Erwachsenen und 3 Kinder Fahrräder und die Möglichkeit sich weitere zu mieten. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, allerdings gibt es keinen Backofen, sondern nur eine Mikrowelle mit Backfunktion. Insgesamt hatten wir einen super Aufenthalt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Objekt wurde mit Falschen Angaben beworben

Diese Unterkunft ist nicht zu empfehlen!! Auf der Internetseite wurden 3 Zimmer und 100qm angegeben. Tatsächlich sind es aber nur zwei Zimmer mit vielen Schrägen und ein „Schrankbett“. Es sind eher 70qm was für die angegebene Personenzahl 6 vollkommen unzureichend ist. Wir hatten uns auf einen schönen Urlaub gefreut mussten jedoch feststellen dass daraus nichts wird. Weder die Eigentümerin noch die FeWo-Direkt sahen sich für die fehlerhaften Angaben verantwortlich! Es gab keinerlei Hilfestellung bei der Lösung des Problems. Die Vermieterin teilte uns mit dass FeWo-Direkt da nichts machen könne. Wir sahen uns gezwungen kurzfristig ein dementsprechend teures Hotelzimmer hinzuzubuchen! Die größte Unverschämtheit kam zum Schluss. Von Fewo-Direkt wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass eine Erstattung bei Anforderung während des Urlaubs möglich gewesen wäre. Die Vermieterin des Hauses und Fewo wiedersprechen sich bis heute und als Gäste sind wir die Leidtragenden! Hier weiß offensichtlich die rechte Hand nicht was die Linke tut! Dass nicht immer alles optimal laufen kann ist klar nur dass man mit falschen Angaben gelockt und dann so im Regen stehen gelassen wird ist eine Frechheit. Sehr unprofessionell und nicht zu empfehlen.
