This conveniently situated ground floor 2 bedrooms apartment is 2nd row on the sea and a few stairs to the beach. All necessities are within a short distance along the Lapad pedestrian promenade. It is very safe. There are no crimes in Dubrovnik and teenagers can go to the old town by foot anytime of the day or night without any risk. Even if alone. There are numerous waterfront beach bars and restaurants to enjoy nearby. This location is on of the two very best in Dubrovnik.

Up a hill from the beach, but very close!!!

This was a perfect location, about an 8 min walk to the main bus station to old town, and about an 8 min walk to the beach. It's ground floor, but up a hill so it's a bit steep to get there. Lovely stay. Hot water didn't exist and the shower is not awesome, but it did the trick.

In the old Yugoslavia republics the bathroom hot water boiler switch is always next to the light and ventilation switch. Can be confusing for is Europeans. So you probably left it on the off position.

Sorry about these issues. You happened to be the first rental of the year and thus sort of the Guinea pig am afraid. Air con outside compressor broke one day before your arrival. It was fixed yesterday afternoon (brand new one). The apartment is fresh enough not to need aircon anyhow. Key doubles were also handed back to the key cutter to fix the problem. Mattress is always a question of preference. Some like it hard others a little softer. Again my apologies. Th

Apparemment idéalement situé, proche de la plage, des commerces et de la promenade de Lapad. Bon rapport qualité-prix. Climatisation et accès Wifi appréciables. Cependant, le ménage reste à désirer : les alentours du canapé, la vaisselle, le four et le sol sont sales. Le ménage étant facturé 100 dans le prix de la location, nous aurions appréciés qu’il soit réalisé à juste titre. Très peu de vaisselle est à notre disposition pour faire à manger et je vous déconseille d’utiliser la machine à laver, elle n’essore pas le linge. A noter que les fenêtres de l’appartement sont petites et ne laissent pas suffisamment rentrer la lumière et profiter du soleil.
