Detached villa in c. from Cuba Fontane Bianche, a seaside and residential resort about 15 km from Syracuse, air-conditioned in all rooms. Arranged on 2 levels and composed: on the ground floor entrance, large living room and dining room, kitchen, utility room and bathroom. On the first floor there are 4 large bedrooms, bathroom with shower and small terrace. The villa is surrounded by a garden of about 850 square meters. In the pool area there is a dressing room with hot water shower and further complete bathroom in the annexe. Very large and equipped barbeque area.
At 5 km you will find the Di Maria hospital and the medical guard at 1 km, the police station and the free beach, three private beaches, market, pharmacy, restaurants, pizzerias. In the evening the bathing beaches are transformed into piano bars, discos with theme nights.
At 200 meters you will find the El Cubano bar renowned for its ice creams and slushes and The Cuban tent-pizzeria piano bar. Upon arrival a deposit of Euro 300.00 is requested against any damage, which will be returned upon departure.
Final cleaning: 60 Euros
The prices include the consumption of water, gas, electricity and pool maintenance and cleaning, entrusted to the owner or person in charge of him.
Linen: the supply of bed, bathroom and kitchen linen is for hire. The cost is Euro 10 per person per week.
Payment: 30% deposit on booking, balance on delivery of the keys.

Week holiday in South East Sicily

Relaxed trip, visiting local seaside, Siracusa, Noto, and Ragusa. Villa location to key sites: about 20 mins drive to Siracusa, 30 mins to Noto and one hour and 20 mins to Ragusa. Also great scenic nature reserve about 30 minutes drive. Need to drive to the local sandy beach (about 5 to 10 mins to relatively quick).

Mooi ruim huis, ruime slaapkamers, airco op alle kamers. Heerlijk zwembad. Goed uitgeruste keuken. Fijn terras om te zitten alleen in de ochtend wat weinig schaduw. Goede onvangst en ondersteuning tijdens ons verblijf. Netjes schoon. Voldoende winkelmogelijkheden in de nabije omgeving, evenals prima restaurantjes. Vlak bij de zee.

Die Villa ist außerhalb der Stadt man braucht das Auto um abends etwas unternehmen zu müssen da sich nichts in der nähe befindet. Der freie Strand sowie die anderen Strände befinden sich in 2 km Entfernung. Sehr gefährliche Ausfahrt aus der Villa um auf die Straße zu gelangen. Der Pool sieht gut aus ist aber nicht regelmäßig gesäubert worden. Außerdem hat er eine Tiefe von 2m-2,5m die den Aufenthalt für Nichtschwimmer, älter Menschen und Kleinkinder nicht komfortabel machten. In der Regel wird bei so einer Tiefe ein Bademeister verlangt der nicht vorhanden war. Die Villa war außerhalb und in der Küche von Ameisen befallen. Die Besitzer kamen regelmäßig während unseres aufhalts um etwas zu erledigen auch während unsere absenz. Keine privacy. Einige Steckdosen funktionieren nicht. Das Wasser in den Bäder und duschen fließt langsam. Die Klimaanlagen sind veraltet und mussten immer wieder neu eingestellt werden da keine original Fernbedienung mehr vorhanden ist. Die Waschmaschine hat nicht richtig funktioniert und der Besitzer hat praktisch die Kaution behalten und uns beschuldigt das wir sie kaputt gemacht haben. Außerdem wurde eine Gebühr von 60€ Endreinigung verlangt Sie aber noch zusätzlich Geld wollten da 3 Hunde im Haus waren und sie mehr putzen sollten. Besitzer erwiesensich nicht ehrlich da ich Sie 3 Tage nach dem Aufenthalt nochmals gesehen habe und keine Reklamation kam. Im Anschluss wurde die Kaution abgebucht mit der Aussage Waschmaschine kaputt und Reinigung.

Siamo davvero spiacenti che il vostro soggiorno non sia stato piacevole ma devo dire alcune cose che comunque non cambieranno ciò che ormai è successo. A fronte di uno scambio epistolare molto intenso voi avevate dichiarato di avere due cani e invece erano tre. Aveveate detto che erano cani buoni e per poco a fronte di una carezza mio fratello ha rischiato di essere aggredito in maniera seria. Infine nella descrizione della casa la piscina è descritta nei suoi particolari, non potevamo immaginare che un gruppo di persone adulte non sapessero nuotare, non lo avete neanche fatto presente. Per quanto riguarda il bagnino , è una presenza necessaria nelle strutture pubbliche non in una villa privata. La nostra presenza si è manifestata solo nei momenti di necessità perchè non abbandoniamo i nostri clienti alla mercè di nessuno. E per finire mi dispiace tanto doverlo dire ma devo farlo visto che ci avete accusati ingiustamente: avevate una bambina neonata , e non avevamo mai trovato la casa così SPORCA , ma come avete potuto fare stare una bimba due settimane in una casa senza mai lavare neanche il lavandino dove vi lavavate la faccia. tre cani due settimane dentro casa senza mai raccogliere quintali del loro pelo che abbiamo trovato anche dentro il frigorifero e non dico altro

Splendido soggiorno

La casa è meravigliosa, curata nei dettagli. Un format perfetto per combinare le visite nelle zone limitrofe e il relax A pochi km da Siracusa, la posizione è comoda anche per raggiungere altri luoghi di estremo interesse (Ragusa, Marzamemi, Noto, Modica, etc). Non dista molto da Catania e il mare è raggiungibile anche a piedi. I proprietari sono stati eccezionali. Viaggiamo spesso con questo format e sono stati i migliori padroni di casa mai incontrati. La casa è davvero bella e accogliente. Per il resto c'è la Sicilia dove il bello, il buono e l'accoglienza sono ovunque e in abbondanza.

Casa bellissima, posizione bellissima, host molto disponibili

La casa è bellissima, molto curata anche nei dettagli, molto grande e perfetta per gruppi. La posizione è molto buona per chi vuole essere vicino ai punti focali intorno Siracusa senza però dover per forza abitare nell’affollata cittadina. Molto vicina a spiagge sia attrezzate che libere, è comunque comodo però prendere la macchina. Gli host sono stati gentili e disponibilissimi. Consigliata assolutamente!

Ideale Lage für Syrakus und die Barockstädte

Die Villa liegt liegt sehr nahe am Meer und gleichzeitig am nördlichen Rand von Fontane Bianche an Felder und unbebaute Grundstücke, sehr gut, um mit unseren zwei Hunden Gassi gehen zu können. Es gibt zwei direkte Wege ans Meer, das man auch vom oberen Stockwerk des Hauses sehen kann, und man kann dort auch gut baden über zwei betonierte Zugänge über die rauhe Steinküste. Fontane Bianche selbst ist um diese Jahreszeit eine reine Geisterstadt, was wir aus einem DuMont-Heft auch wussten. D,h. man muss zum Einkaufen oder zum Bäcker nach Cassibile oder Siracusa fahren. Umso schöner war es, dass Sebastiano und Katia die Küche bereits für ein Frühstück oder kleines Abendessen bestückt hatten - und mit einer großen Schale wunderbaren Obst. Auch Sprudel, Saft und Milch waren im Kühlschrank. Katia, die wir nur bei der Anreise einmal sahen, und Sebastiano waren ausgesprochen nette Gastgeber,Sebastiano kümmerte sich sofort darum, uns einen Staubsauger und einen großen Bodenwischer zu bringen. Der Wischer war leider nötig, da bei anfänglich starkem Regen das auf der Terrasse stehende Wasser ins Wohnzimmer drückte. Er brachte auch schnell Tücher und Rollen und Folien zum Abdichten. Da auch der Router alsbald seinen Geist aufgab, brachte Sebastiano sofort einen mobilen Ersatz. Mit allen Geräten ist das Haus bestens ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine funktionierten gut, ebenso Backofen und der wunderbare tolle große Herd. Ein Riesenkühlschrank und ein von uns nicht genutzter Gefrierschrank waren da, der Toaster und Wasserkocher ging einwandfrei. Klimaanlage in allen Räumen war perfekt. Wer Filterkaffee möchte sollte sich allerdings einen Aufsatz für die vorhandenen Filtertüten mitbringen - ein solcher war auch in Syrakus nicht aufzutreiben. Mit den kleinen italienischen Alukaffeeaufkochkännchen für mehrere Leute Kaffee zu kochen ist etwas mühsam und langwierig. Zucker, Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Mückenspray war alles vorhanden, auch genügend Bettwäsche Handtücher, Toilettenpapier - alles bestens. Ganz toll war das große originell geformte Schwimmbad, das wir ausgiebig nutzten. Sebastiano hielt es perfekt sauber und in Ordnung. Lästig waren anfangs die vielen streunenden Katzen, die sich im Garten und auf Stühlen Liegen und Polstern breit machten, aber unsere Hunde hatten sie bald vertrieben . Etwas schwierig war nur die Duschsituation, da im Haus nur eine Dusche ist, zwei draußen, aber bei Regen und Sturm möchte man nicht gern kalt durchs Freie laufen.

Schönes Ferienhaus mit Pool

Das Ferienhaus liegt weitgehend ruhig am Ortsrand, zum schönen 1km langen Sandstrand sind es mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten. Auch eine nette Bar mit leckerem Eis und ein kleiner Supermarkt befindet sich in Ortsmitte. Syrakus, Ragusa und weitere schöne Barockstätte sind in 30 bis 90 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar, ebenso einige schöne Wander - und Naturschutzgebiete und die Region um den Ätna. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Zimmer groß und der Garten bietet viele Sitzgelegenheiten. Wir waren drei Ehepaare mittleren Alters. Leider gab es nur ein Bad mit Dusche, die teilweise kein warmes Wasser hatte. Das zweite Bad ist ein großer Wc-raum mit Bidet, aber ohne Dusche. Eine Außendusche ist am Pool mit kaltem Wasser. Ein Bad ist außerhalb des Hauses und war defekt und konnte nicht genutzt werden. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist sehr dekorativ. Teils fehlten es aber an der Küchenausstattung, der Toaster war defekt, es gab nur ein Weinglas, keine kleinen Teller, keine Kanne für heiße Getränke oder ausreichend große Tassen. Die fehlenden Gegenstände wurde aber sofort auf Nachfrage geliefert. Lästig waren zu Beginn sechs jüngere Katzen, die wohl angefüttert waren, und hartnäckig auf den Polster lagen und auf den Esstische sprangen. Die Vermieter waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Insgesamt haben wir uns, abgesehen von der etwas lästigen Duschsituation, wohl gefühlt und vom Haus aus viele tolle Ausflüge unternommen. Auch der Pool ist sauber und schön. Das Haus ist sehr gut für ein bis zwei Familien mit Schulkindern (der Pool ist tief) geeignet, die dort zusammen ihren Urlaub verbringen wollen.

Wir haben versucht, Sie kennenzulernen, ich weiß nicht, ob es uns gelungen ist. Wir haben Sie selbst in den kleinen Schwierigkeiten, die Sie hatten, als sehr höfliche Menschen eingestuft, aber mit wenig Geist der grundlegenden Anpassung beim Reisen. Wir haben es immer geschafft, unseren Gästen ein gutes Gefühl zu vermitteln. Die positiven Bewertungen sind Zeugnisse, aber bei Ihnen fanden wir einige Schwierigkeiten, es zu schaffen. Mit 5 Sternen als Gästebewertung wollten wir uns gut benehmen, aber um ehrlich zu sein, hätten auch Sie, wie wir, 3 Sterne verdient.

Spacious and comfortable villa was a good base for visiting southern Sicily

Had a very pleasant week in September. Villa had lots of room and was very comfortable in a quiet area. The gardens were very pleasant and the pool was a good size, although there is no shallow end! Long walk into the centre of Villa Bianche, so driving recommended but parking not a problem at this time of year. Several local restaurants of different standards. Our favourites were Ristorante Almyra in Ognina for fish, and La Capannina in Fontane Bianche which had plenty of choice and was good value. Many thanks for accommodating us, the arrangements worked out very well. The owners are a pleasure to deal with.

We loved staying at Villa Rosaria.

There was lots of space for us and our 3 grown up children in the villa, and also different areas that could be used around the garden. The pool was fabulous and a huge asset for us as a family for the holiday, although as it was between 2m and 3m deep not ideal for young children, but great for diving practice! The villa was very well equipped but a few more mugs for tea would have been good. The BBQ area was great and we enjoyed our evening meals outside. The only negative for us was that we were just a little too far away from Fontane Bianche centre, so had to drive if we wanted to eat out. We would have preferred to have be able to walk to restaurants.

Belle villa tout confort Près de Syracuse

A deux pas de Syracuse et de la plage Fontane Bianche. villa tout confort avec piscine, coin apéro, grillade etc. Nous avons passé une semaine à 8 personnes et recommandons cette maison

Villa confortevole con padroni di casa molto carini / Comfortable villa with very nice hosts

Noi (4 adulti) abbiamo trascorso due settimane molto piacevoli nella villa. La casa è spaziosa e confortevole, molto pulita e ben arredata (si può sentire che i proprietari stessi usano la villa di volta in volta). Area esterna / giardino con grande piscina e molti posti a sedere e opzioni di relax, tutto decorato con cura e molto confortevole per lunghe serate estive. Non visibile dall'esterno. I padroni di casa Katia e Sebastiano sono molto cordiali e sempre disponibili, molto cordiale benvenuto e addio. Abbiamo avuto la sensazione di andare e venire come amici. Possiamo consigliare la Villa Rosaria senza restrizioni. Inoltre, le immagini descrivono perfettamente la proprietà e la casa. Katia e Sebastiano, grazie per tutto. We (4 adults) spent two very pleasant weeks in the villa. The house is spacious and comfortable, very clean and nicely decorated (you can feel that the owners themselves use the villa from time to time). Outdoor area / garden with large pool and many seating and relaxation options, everything lovingly decorated and very comfortable for long summer evenings. Not visible from the outside. The hosts Katia and Sebastiano are very friendly and always helpful, very friendly welcome and farewell. We had the feeling we came and went as friends. We can recommend the Villa Rosaria unrestricted. Moreover, the pictures describe the property as well as the house perfectly.

Magnifique villa

Domage qui a pas beaucoup plus de commerce à l entoure et prévoir des activités pour les jeunes la plage sablé et trop loing de la residence il faut obligé une voiture mais la villa en elle même parfait rien a dire 👍👍

Très agréable villa et propriétaires charmants

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans cette villa. Elle est bien équipée, fonctionnelle, propre, spacieuse, bien située pour visiter la côte Est de la Sicile, et les propriétaires sont charmants. Le jardin est très agréable et sans vis à vis, protégé par un mur et une haie. La piscine est sympathique, profonde, la température de l'eau est idéale et le plongeoir très apprécié des adolescents (et des parents).
