The lodge was so lovely and clean. Everything was well put together. The location was so peaceful and nice walking trails on site. Olivia’s tea room was lovely and kind staff. The wardens on site were all so polite and helpful. Will definitely be coming back.

Great place to stay with two young grandchildren, lovely woodland setting with safe outdoor space.

Welcoming, relaxing, safe for children to explore. We enjoyed spotting the different bird and bat boxes in the trees, and they liked the deer sculptures. We would have had a game of tennis, but there were no balls, sadly.

There was not one thing that we did not like. Everything was just perfect for our stay. Would highly recommend to everyone I know. It was very clean , quiet and friendly. Could not fault anything and will definitely be back as soon as possible.

Peaceful and relaxing break

The lodge was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The walk-in wardrobe is a good design feature as not only clothes and shoes can be hidden away, but also suitcases and bags enabling everything to be tidy. We really enjoyed the nature walks and seeing squirrels and rabbits. The staff at Reception were friendly and efficient.
