Location qui laisse malheureusement à désirer en termes d’entretien et de propreté. À notre arrivée, le lave-vaisselle et le lave-linge étaient sales, et nous avons dû nettoyer une partie du logement.La piscine mériterait un entretien plus régulier, notamment avec un robot ou un aspirateur automatique utilisé chaque soir. Le barbecue était également mal entretenu, et l’aspirateur mis à disposition était quasiment inutilisable.Autre point important : il n’y a pas de climatisation, uniquement quelques ventilateurs peu efficaces pour rafraîchir le logement, ce qui est très insuffisant en Espagne en période estivale.Enfin, le Wi-Fi fonctionne très mal, avec une connexion lente et instable, ce qui est un vrai inconvénient.Au vu de l’état général du logement et des prestations proposées, nous trouvons que le tarif est trop élevé

Hola, Lamentamos que su experiencia no haya sido la esperada. Nos gustaría aclarar algunos puntos para ofrecer una visión completa. La vivienda se entrega siempre completamente limpia. La única incidencia comunicada fue la limpieza de los filtros del lavavajillas y de la lavadora, algo de mantenimiento que puede ocurrir ocasionalmente. En cuanto nos avisaron, les ofrecimos enviar a una persona para solucionarlo, pero ustedes prefirieron limpiarlo por su cuenta. La piscina recibe mantenimiento profesional de forma periódica y, durante su estancia, fue revisada y limpiada en dos ocasiones, por lo que siempre estuvo en condiciones adecuadas. Respecto al aire acondicionado, el anuncio indica claramente que la vivienda no dispone de él. Por ese motivo está equipada con varios ventiladores y una piscina, para que cada huésped pueda decidir si el alojamiento se adapta a sus necesidades antes de reservar. En cuanto al Wi-Fi, ofrecemos la mejor conexión disponible en la zona. Lamentablemente, al no existir fibra óptica, la velocidad depende de la infraestructura existente. Lamentamos que la mayoría de estas cuestiones no se comunicaran durante la estancia, ya que nuestro objetivo es solucionar cualquier incidencia de inmediato y ofrecer la mejor experiencia posible a nuestros huéspedes.

Propietario hospitalario y comunicativo. La casa no está acondicionada para el invierno, baños, altillo y comedor sin calefacción (la chimenea del comedor no da para calentar la casa, sólo el comedor parcialmente). Los dos radiadores de aceite son muy pequeños. En la ducha del baño al lado del comedor no funciona el agua caliente. La parrilla de la barbacoa está rota. Mejorable el menaje (sólo había unas pocas copas). Las sábanas, toallas y mantas muy viejas y algunas de ellas parecían no estar limpias (olor desagrable algunas de ellas). Es una casa para el verano. Gracias

Tomamos nota de los comentarios relacionados con la climatización de la casa y aprovecharemos para seguir mejorando este aspecto, especialmente en los meses de invierno. En cuanto a la ropa de cama y las toallas, estamos realizando una renovación progresiva, aunque revisaremos con más atención para evitar que algún detalle se nos pase. Respecto al agua caliente, el problema afecta únicamente a uno de los baños, y lo tendremos en cuenta para su revisión. Sobre el menaje, en el comedor hay disponibles varias copas de vino, aunque revisaremos la organización para que sean más fáciles de localizar. Gracias de nuevo por destacar el trato recibido y por ayudarnos a mejorar con sus comentarios.

Fin de semana en familia

Hemos pasado un fin de semana estupendo toda la familia, la casa muy bien, espaciosa y limpia con todo lo que se pueda necesitar. Muy buena ubicación. Comunicación con Isaac excelente. Recomendable!!!! Una única sugerencia es que haría falta algún radiador más en algunas zonas comunes. La casa es grande y cuesta calentarse en un fin de semana.

Super séjour dans cette magnifique maison! Spacieuse, très bien équipée. A 10 mins à pieds de plusieurs plages magnifiques et à peine 30 mins en voiture de Salou. Le propriétaire est très à l'écoute en cas de besoin. Je recommande pour un séjour en famille cette endroit est idéal👌

La zona ajardinada podría estar más cuidada y el garage debería estar con menos trastos, quizás mejorar pequeños detalles como la luz de la piscina(solo funcionaba 1 luz) y arreglos en los cuartos de baño pero por lo general fue una estancia agradable y la casa es muy amplia y volveríamos a repetir!!
