BlueWater Ridge cabin is a one of a kind with two and a half decks overlooking the lake. Inside you will find uniquely themed rooms, beautiful high ceilings with an elevated walk way and plenty of gathering space for entertaining family and friends. A spacious fully equipped kitchen, along with game room/ bar that opens up to the upper deck all help provide for a wonderful experience. Unlimited internet access provided along with 65" flat screen tv. Come enjoy the peaceful setting, wild life and waterfall during the rainy season. A picnic table, barbeque grill, fire pit, water views and trees create the outside environment you are looking for at the lake. Conveniently located close to Pine Cove Marina, the state park with swimming areas, boat ramp, boat rentals, slip rentals, stocked fishing pond, Frisbee Golf, volleyball net, nature trails, Big Daddy's Restaurant by Tenkiller Dam. At this time we do not have internet but a hot spot usually works well. Please inquire on vrbo or text or call me.

Family getaway!

Spent our family holiday here and had the best time! Cabin is definitely more beautiful in person and was absolutely fantastic. Kim was a delightful to talk to about check in/out and was so nice! Very impressed and will definitely stay again!

Lake view was great, and the covered porch was amazing to sit at while it poured and the sky was lit up with lightning. And we saw the waterfall!

Fabulous Stay - Highly Recommend

We met up with families for a family reunion. Everyone loved this cabin and the experience. While some had trouble finding the property EVERYONE said it was well worth finding! All you need it GPS. Beautiful house, beautiful property, beautiful views and a wonderful rental experience.

Fitzmier’s Family Vaca

The home is beautiful with a great view of the lake. We had 8 adults and 3 young kids. Enough rooms and space for everyone. A few miles from Pine Cove marina, where we rented a pontoon boat and had a blast on the lake. Everyone we met was very nice. Thank you Kim and Billy for sharing your home! It was awesome!! Relaxing location with spectacular views of Lake Tenkiller.

Kim and Billy have thought of everything to make a relaxing, enjoyable family getaway at Bluewater Ridge cabin. The location boasts a spectacular and unobstructed view of Lake Tenkiller from high atop a ridge. Recent rains kept a waterfall flowing just below the main deck, an extra attraction. The cabin is well-appointed with all of the amenities you'd expect at your own home. The fireplace was great to have on cool mornings, and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean, and this was truly a no-stress getaway. There was room for my parents and children, and it was great spending Easter weekend with the family all under the same roof. Our stay was everything we could hope for. Special thanks to Kim and Billy!

Family Getaway

This was the perfect cabin for a family with two teenagers. We had enough room to spread out with a large downstairs to play games, eat meals and just hang out. The house had everything that we needed for a great week. There were spices in the cabinet, plenty of utensils, pots, pans, dishes, etc. It was nice to have the dishwasher and washer/dryer. The view from the cabin was beautiful. It was only a couple of miles to the nearest marina & Dollar General (for a couple of forgotten items). We did find a boat ramp just down the road to put our kayaks in. Very convenient. Kim was wonderful to rent from. She was quick to answer my questions. We would definitely stay here again. Beautiful scenery, quiet location, close to the marina. But most important - time with family!!! Thank you Kim!!

Great Rural Retreat

This property is in a very scenic location with views of Lake Tenkiller. It is well accommodated and prepared for large groups. The host is very gracious and helpful, with an eagerness to answer any question you may have! We were moderately surprised at the layout. Though it is very beautiful and well appointed, the house has only a single living/family room. This made our stay a little challenging with 8 small children all occupying the same 4 walls, but was nothing that creative parenting couldn't solve. We'd also add that though the views are great, this property doesn't have any sort of direct access to the lake, unless you dare venture through steep inclines and thick vegetation.The only other point I'd suggest to other guests is that the railing in the upstairs is surprisingly low. Your hair may gray a bit more quickly if you have wild children who love to run fast without a healthy respect for low railings and big drops.Still a 5-stay stay, would stay again!

Great Lake view

Bluewater Ridge cabin has a spectacular view of the water and opposing hills. The property is clean and well stocked, and the 4 separate bedrooms plus bunkroom were perfect for our family getaway. Definitely recommend for an easy trip away from the city.

Amazing views

We stayed here with 6 adults and 2 child (12, 9). We had enough room for all of us. It is a cozy cabin. We stayed at the beginning of fall and the leaves were changing. We sat on the deck overlooking the lake most our stay! We will definitely be going back for a longer stay.

My name is Kim Parks and I live in Tulsa, Ok with my husband Billy and two daughter Courtney and Emilly. I taught elementary school for several years and had the opportunity to be a stay at home mom. My husband and I wanted to invest in a place at the lake and fell in love with the clear water at Tenkiller. One day we were driving on Ridge Route Road and saw this very run down house for sale with the most beautiful view on the street we had always wanted to be. We pretty much bought it with out ever looking inside knowing it would be a complete remodel.

Why they chose this property

Our cabin/house if very unique with the themed named rooms that is always enjoyed by customers. We have been told several times its one of the best views they have seen at a rental property on the lake. The space the cabin provides makes it perfect for family meals sitting together at the table and two sitting areas that provide the perfect place to talk, relax, watch tv, enjoy the view or the fireplace ambience. We remodeled/rebuilt this house with a lot of love paying attention to every little detail that soon became BlueWater Ridge. We name it this based on the fact it has a beautiful view of blue water and is located on Ridge Route Road.

What makes this property unique

As I get to know my customers we develop a relationship that allows them to text me any dates that would like saved for them and great deals in the offseason. Our goal is to build a cliental of renters we know and enjoy our place as much as we do. I always try to do everything possible to make your stay memorable and always have a contact number if needed during your stay.
