Located on E. Hayden Lake Road, this home is approximately 15 minutes from downtown Coeur d'Alene.

BEDROOMS/BATHS
It has 3 bedrooms. Two cozy bedrooms, both with queen-sized beds, are on the main level of this two-level home. Located on the lower level, a spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed with a large window showcasing the amazing view of Hayden Lake. Two full bathrooms. The upstairs bathroom has a shower/bathtub combo, and the lower-level bathroom has a shower only.

INDOOR LIVING SPACE
As you enter on the main level, you will find a spacious kitchen with island/bar area, large formal living room, and a lovely dining area...all looking out over Hayden Lake through the large picture windows. Absolutely gorgeous view! Just a few more steps lead you out onto the deck area with table, chairs, and lounge chairs. On the bottom floor, you will find a second living room with two reclining chairs and a comfy reclining couch. There is also a bunk bed downstairs that has a full mattress on the bottom and a twin mattress on top to sleep up to 3 additional guests...also with a wonderful view of the lake.

OUTDOOR LIVING SPACE
Outside is a spacious deck on the main level and covered patio below on the lower level.... both with outstanding views of the lake. With a vivaciously green lawn, there is plenty of room for all the classic summertime activities! Several sturdy stone steps lead down to the private dock, where you will find a boat slip and a swim ladder to accommodate all the swimmers.

AMENITIES
This home has A/C. Propane BBQ. Laundry is located on the bottom level. The driveway has room for 3 cars. RVs are not permitted due to lack of parking space.

PETS
This home is dog-friendly, albeit on a case-by-case basis and with a $150 pet fee. Only 1 medium to small sized dog will be allowed per stay. We ask that you please pick up after your dog. Please inquire to receive approval of your pet before booking online.

The house was great and well stocked. We had a wonderful time watching the sunrise and sunset from the deck and the dock. The only minor thing is the dock needs some repair work, with screws sticking up there was some danger to bare feet. Looking forward to renting this property again.

Great Lake Vacation

We love this area and it’s a perfect location with lake frontage and plenty of space. We have a dog and McCall Park is close by and there are other great trails and other parks. The home is a short drive to most Hayden restaurants. The owner John had great communication and recommendations to make our stay enjoyable! We hope to return soon!

Lakefront paradise!

The house was well suited for our family and the location was amazing! We loved the extra lake toys (pedal boat & double kayak) and enjoyed walking over to the golf course !

Majestic Lake Hayden Stay

Nice place, super clean and well equipped. My only two compliants would be to get an actual comforter for the downstairs master bed, and please check the stock on paper products and dishwasher pods. Otherwise great private place.

Wonderful Labor Day weekend

We reserved this charming home as over flow to our annual Family Labor Day Day Holiday. We have 4 Sons and 9 Grandchildren that makes our home on Hayden Lake too small for all of us!!! It was perfect, with a backyard for the infants and the dock for the older children.

Hayden Lake family vacation.

I had to take someone's underwear out of the shower in the lower level, which means that it didn't get cleaned. My husband had to plunge the shower twice in the lower level because of hair being left in the drain from previous renters. We did enjoy our stay with our whole family and liked that our son could put his boat there. We enjoyed the paddle boat, the kayak and the hot tub!

Gates/Boyer Getaway

Location, Location Location!!! Beautiful view of the lake, easy to get to dock! We had a friend who had a speed boat, but the extra water toys left by owner was a treat.. my 7 year grandson and 9 year old granddaughter loved the kayak and pedal boat. No complaints at all. And what a Fireworks show ! Most of the renters/owners had sooo many fireworks before the main show - it was awesome. We loved the quiet while sitting on the deck in the morning drinking our coffee. We had a wonderful time! My granddaughter said it was the best vacation she had… Thank you❤️

You can't beat the location!

We were so pleased with the beautiful upgrades that were made since we had booked our stay! It was a very pleasant suprise! You absolutely cant beat the location! Only 5 minutes from all the shopping you need, the water is so clear and free of seaweed. Its my favorite part of the whole lake. The house is a very short distance from the water! It was wonderfully safe as well. We have a 2 year old wanderer with us and everyone was able to rest easy with the protective fence guarding the road and the fence guarding the lake. House was as advertised. I might just suggest some curtains on the upstairs lake facing bedroom, it got very bright very early. We would definitely book again.

Smokey Fun

Grandkids loved the dock and downstairs tv room. We brought our Boat and it was well protected with the dock cover and U shaped dock. House is well equipped and no shortage of furniture! Less furniture and more floor space would be better. Kayak and Pedal boat used every day for extra fun. House is dog and kid friendly with a fence for both water and street access and fairly nice grass. We had a great time but cut short a bit by a fire across the lake that led to very smokey mornings and lake closure. Dock is ready for some maintenance.

Beautiful lake view

This home was perfect for our small group. The home is directly on the lake and the porch area is a wonderful space. The home is a little dated but has all necessary amenities. Located about 15 minutes outside of Couer d alene we were happy to be a little outside of the hustle and bustle. Lots of deer, birds and water sport activities to watch. Great summer stay.

The View!

My family had a wonderful stay at Honeysuckle Haven. The location can't be beat. Right on the lake, but just minutes to town. The house is a bit overly furnished, but as soon as you walk in the front door, all you see is the view! It is spectacular. Lake, mountains, sunrise, sunset. Provides for peaceful relaxation as well as waterfront fun. We rented a boat and docked it at the dock, and we used the complimentary paddle boat and kayak, which were fun. The property faces the Honeysuckle beach and boat launch area, so you can hear beachgoers, as well as the motor craft on the lake during the day. The master bedroom is downstairs, accessible only via a narrow spiral staircase. Couldn't get our 29" suitcases down it. The lake and hot tub are accessible from the lower level of the property, which is only accessible via the spiral staircase or walking down the hill from the outside. We managed it fine, but it could be difficult for some. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are small with quite a lot of furniture in them so they're good for sleeping but not much room to hang out in them. All of the beds were pretty comfortable. There are 2 living rooms - one on main level and one downstairs, which was useful for kids having their own space to hang out. There is one TV in the main level living room, one in the downstairs living room and one in the master bedroom. There is no garage, and parking in front of the house is a bit limited, but additional cars were allowed to park across the street at the other property managed by the rental company. While it's a bit dated, the home is cozy and has a positive, warm energy. The rental company was responsive and easy to work with. Check-in was straightforward. Though the kitchenware/utensils could use some updating. the property is clean and well-maintained. And the view!!! We will definitely come back!

fabulous property!

This property is adorable. Very quaintly furnished but very comfortable. We loved coffee on the top deck each morning and the short walk to the dock to enjoy the lake. Location is perfect, parking easy, and easily accessible to all attractions in the area. Lisa at Seasons Property Management was a dream to work with - very responsive and helpful every step of the way. I would not hesitate to rent this property again and look forward to returning in the future. All of us had a wonderful vacation. Thank you Lisa.

Perfect location on Hayden

The location can’t be beat and the fully fenced yard was a great treat for the dogs. The place was clean with plenty of linens. It felt like staying at my grandmother’s house for a week. Note the only stairs between floors is a spiral staircase. Thanks for the week. What a perfect location!

Family loved the house, deck & dock

Lively VRBO on Hayden Lake. The dock accommodated our 26’ deep V I/O. We really appreciated the property manager going to the rental and measuring the water depth around the dock before I finalized our reservation. The house was fabulous for our family. We will be back.

Fantastic vacation
