Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. LPG central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. Veranda with garden furniture. Large enclosed garden and BBQ. 1 small dog welcome. Bike store. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking.. This will be popular with walkers, cyclists and those wishing to bring their pet with them on holiday. Ideal as a touring base, with the Lincolnshire and Norfolk beaches within an hour’s drive. The property will be decorated for Christmas bookings, and stays from the 15th December will include a Christmas hamper which contains mince pies, cakes etc (dietary requirements can be advised to the owner).

Days out await you in the cathedral city of Lincoln, Stamford, home of the world-renowned Burghley Horse Trials, the National Trust Belton House and deer park, or enjoy the many good walks and cycle routes throughout the area and from the door. The Battle of Britain memorial Flight is 35 minutes away at Coningsby, and Sleaford, just 9 miles, is close by for shopping and amenities, with lots of tea rooms, cafés, pubs and restaurants to enjoy. Donington village is 5 miles with a supermarket, butchers, pub and takeaway restaurant. Shop and pub 2 miles at Billingborough.
