This 2 story home is 1700+ sq ft with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, huge balconies in the treetops, great bbq, and private rooftop deck with 4 person jacuzzi and outdoor living room. Vaiven is Playacar's nicest buildings with great amenities : 4 swimming pools, doorman, exercise room elevator, & underground parking. The location is just a few minute walk to restaurants in the Playacar village, a 10 minute bicycle ride to the center of Playa (5th Ave)and to the best beaches in Playa Del Carmen. You can taxi or rent a car as well , we include 1 underground parking spot. The condo sleeps 4 people in beds (king bed in the master and 2 twin beds in the second bedroom which can also be combined into a king bed) and the living room sofa as well for a extra guest. Lounge under the stars in your private jacuzzi for 4 people at night. You will find a perfectly outfitted kitchen for means at home and the condo is just minutes from several large grocery stores. INCLUDED at NO CHARGE is free access to the best beach club in Playacar called REEF CLUB & SPA . You will get passes for each guest to use the club during the day including : lounge chairs on the beach, swimming pools, spa, volleyball on the sand, and the Reef Club also offers an optional All- Inclusive package for food & drink at a preferred price (depending the season). Our rental also includes at no charge 1 cleaning per week in the middle of your stay, use of 2 bicycles, use of the gym inside the building, free parking, unlimited drinking water, and no extra cleaning fees upon check out. The best thing that we provide is a Concierge style of management service, our manager will organize your airport transportation , organize excursions, have a rental car delivered to the condo for any days that you want a rental car, and she can help with any other personal recommendations and questions about the area. Very responsive host and smooth entry and accommodations! All went as promised. The area is serene and quiet w good pools and restaurants close by. The apartment is very comfortable and outdoor areas wonderful, the hot tub was not working but that was the only issue. Wonderful host & spot!

Great gated community close to downtown

A great place if you are looking for a quiet vacation home that is safe and close to activities and nightlife if you want to go out for some fun. Dishwasher didn’t work and hot tub wasn’t very hot but everything else was very luxurious in the condo. We would definitely book again if we return to this area.

Great stay

The house was large, clean, and had everything we needed. Playacar felt safe and the condo complex we were in was quiet, clean, and really nice. We enjoyed the heated pool and the nice landscaping around it. Parking was easy and safe because of the guards at the entrance. Elevators made it easy to get up and down to the top floor with all our stuff. We really loved this place!

Such a beautiful place

Everything was excellent with our stay. The place was absolutely beautiful. Viviane was the best hostesses. She responded quickly and was so nice. She rented a car for us and we went to tulum and akumal. Also went to Costco in cancun. We used the bbq a lot as well as the upstairs patio, and pools

FANTASTIC!

We had a wonderful time in Play del Carmel! We specifically enjoyed our excursion to Cozumel! The condo was terrific! Yvette was very helpful as she had many recommendations that were fabulous! She is extremely friendly and always available! We will be back!

Beautiful property and great ownership

These was my 3rd time stay at the property, Nathalie was a wonderful host, very friendly, helpful, location is great, secure, beautiful neighborhood and close to everything. My only suggestion, property is starting to show signs of age, paint needed, floor tiles in terrace need repairs and towels and linens need desperate replacement. Roof top hot tub also not functional, old and missing main cover.

My family and I loved our stay here! The condo itself was very nice. Very clean. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of space and a great kitchen. The condo grounds are full of beautiful, lush vegetation as you walk by the pools. The area is a nice quiet area. There is a bar, an Oxxo, and a few restaurants a very short walk away. And it's only about a 15 minute walk to Quinta Avenida and Parque Los Fundadores. And if you need a taxi, no problem. Just ask one of the guys at the front desk and they will gladly call one for you. And finally, Viviane was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions that came up during the stay. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone traveling to Playa!

Excellent penthouse

My husband and I stayed for 11 days .. we were looking for a place to relax and destress. Vaiven was just the perfect place. Vivi is the most amazing host. She was so quick to reply to any requests and made us feel right at home..The pools and grounds are gorgeous. We were very impressed and loved our stay.. We will definitely be back!!

Beautiful property with great pools.

My family and I had a great stay. The property manager Vivane was very helpful, from start to finish. She had a car waiting for me at the airport, which was really helpful. Vivane gave some great recommendations for things to do and made herself available during our stay. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Amazing Stay at this beautiful Penthouse

Me and my family stayed at Vaiven Penthouse #19 for our family vacation to Mexico! Let me start by saying this place was amazing the pictures don’t do justice the place was sparkling clean, the furniture was updated, the rooms had the best comfortable beds, the kitchen was super clean and beautiful and the bathrooms were spectacular! We loved everything about this Penthouse!! The host Vivian was amazing she made our stay amazing very, very helpful sweet lady she booked all our excursions and was available anytime to answer any questions she is the best host ever!!! I would definitely recommend this penthouse if you coming to Playa Del Carmen super close to beach very safe community great staff everything was perfect!! Thank you so much for this great experience Penthouse #19 and host Vivian!!! See you soon!!!

Great place in Playacar

The penthouse was great. We enjoyed having the rooftop area to relax. It was nice to have the bikes so we could easily get in to Playa, although taxis are inexpensive and always available. Viviane was great. She had many excellent recommendations and was always available to answer questions. We also recommend that you check out the Tequila Academy (found it on Trip Advisor) and the Sample Mexican Street Food Tour (on Airbnb).

Great Family Holday

We really enjoyed our time in Mexico. The communication with Viviene was brilliant she is really helpful. Even before we left the UK we were in contact. She booked our rental car for us and provided us with lots of food recommendations. She even arrange a house call from the doctor. Our transfers from the airport and to the airport we taken care of for us. We were meet at the reception and taken to our room a little tour as how everything worked. It was very quiet resort which suited us absolutely fine, approx. 30 minutes walk (with 3 children) to the centre and the beach. We went to the reef for one day which was very nice we paid and had an all inclusive day pass (worth the money with the children) 4 swimming pools on the resort the one nearest to the condo is the warmest. within a 10 minute walk there is small grocery store, a coffee shop (La Brioche) definitely recommend, a pizza place with really good pizza and a small bistro (really nice food) no children's menu but we split a pasta dish between them. We didn't use the hot tub at the condo. We used the BBQ which was fine. All in all a great family holiday experience.

El lugar está muy bien, es tranquilo. Queda muy cerca del bullicio de Playa del Carmen pero mantiene privacidad y silencio. El apto está muy cuidado y limpio.

Tolles Penthouse und super Organisation!

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum, genau wie auf den Fotos. Es ist alles Vorhanden was man zum Leben braucht, ob Geschirr, Handtücher, Küchengeräte usw. Die Anlage auf der sich das Penthouse befindet ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Das Personal ist sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Zudem ist es ruhig gelegen. Viviane hat uns super betreut und alles organisiert was wir brauchten. Sie hat auf alle Fragen eine Antwort, Danke Viviane wir kommen nochmal wieder!

Beautiful condo; excellent management

Our family of four loved our stay. The condo is beautiful and well-maintained. Everything felt new and tasteful. Viviane, the condo manager, was awesome - responsive, knowledgeable, and kind. The pools were so much fun to play in and the condo location was close enough to downtown Playa to get there quickly, but away enough to feel out of the hustle and bustle. Highly recommend.

Excellent location and great unit

The unit was exactly as shown in images. Very clean, great appliances. Walking distance to Playa de Carmen but the unit also includes bikes if you like biking. Walking distance to take the Ferry to go to Cozumel. We totally recommend it.

Great place to stay!

We had a great time and the whole team was very hospitable. We had a slight issue with the AC system, and it was fixed the same day. The unit was located in a great location close to all that PDC has to offer. They arranged tours and transportation for us as needed and met us in person upon arrival and departure.

The condo comes very well equipped and to have access to bikes and the local grocery stores makes this a great location. Viviane is amazing and very helpful and will answer any of your questions and is quick to respond. If you want relaxation this is the condo for you.

Die Penthauswohnung ist ein Traum, genauso schön wie auf den Fotos. Alles für den perfekten Urlaub ist in der Wohnung zu finden, wie Strandtücher, Küchenutensilien, elektrische Küchengeräte, Eismaschine, Gewürze, Grillbesteck für den tollen Weber-Grill, gekühlter Trinkwasserbehälter, Fahrräder in der Tiefgarage...WiFi und alles was das Herz begehrt! Und erst die Dachterrasse mit dem Whirlpool, Liegen und Lounge-Möbeln...Sonne geniessen unter freiem Himmel und an super sauberen Pools in einer wunderschönen Parkanlage. Restaurants und Bäckerei in der Nähe...Taxi nach Playa del Carmen 5 Euro.Viviane hatte auf alle Fragen Antworten. Sie ist der gute Geist und organisiert sofort alles was man haben will! Danke für alles, liebe Viviane...wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Vaiven!!!

Great penthouse apartment, lovelly surroundings in fantastic location

Loved everything about this property. Extremely comfortable apartment with four excellent pools in well-kept luscious garden. Often had a pool to ourselves which was magical. Viviane our host made our stay very enjoyable and was always on hand to help if needed. The jacuzzi is warm (just need to follow the instructions) and we used on a number of occasions during our stay. We both walked and taxied into the heart of Playa del Carmen ( Taxi cost about £5) for restaurants. For breakfast we sampled a couple of places nearby both excellent; Labrioche a couple of minutes walk and Pasteleteria which is about 8-10 minutes walk.
