It is in walking distance of three village pubs, a local food store and high class butchers. Its is situated to take in the views over to the countryside & has many walks & cycling routes from the doorstep and easy access to the canal network of Staffordshire. Its in the ideal location on the edge of the Peaks to explore the area & visit Alton Towers (7 miles) Bakewell (21 mile) Dovedale (12 miles), Trentham Gardens (14.5 miles)
Ground Floor: Cosy Living/Diner with triple aspect windows, comfy House Beautiful corner sofa and log burner for those cosy winter nights in. Dining area with seating. 52 inch Smart TV. Fully equipped modern kitchen with solid oak worktops and belfast sink, dishwasher, fridge with freezer area. Bosch appliances to include, cooker, hob and built in microwave. The kitchen is bight an airy with a large roof window and patio doors that provide access to the rear garden. It also has a lovely comfortable seating area to gaze over the garden in poor weather.
First Floor: Master Bedroom with smart TV with views to the countryside. Bathroom with walk in shower. Dressing/make up area for 2nd Floor double bedroom. Second Floor: Double room in loft area with smart TV and views from loft windows. Parking on driveway for one vehicle, off road parking for 2nd vehicle.
Outside is an amazing space which is south facing. A patio area with table and chairs awaits outside the patio doors, its a real sun trap! At the bottom of the garden is the permanent hot tub available 365 days and a pergola with comfortable seating area and chimeira/BBQ in good weather (summmer) we also have sun loungers!
