The property is located between Siena and Florence, just 3 km from Barberino Val d'Elsa and Tavarnelle Val di Pesa, two small villages on the edge of the Chianti region. You'll find all the amenities and activities you need: pharmacies, ATMs, supermarkets, petrol stations, restaurants...<br>The Tuscan countryside in this area is characterised by cypress trees, olive groves, and numerous vineyards! In fact, near the villa, you’ll find a wide selection of wineries to visit, where you can enjoy wine tastings and tour the cellars as well. San Gimignano, Volterra, Monteriggioni, Castellina, Radda, and Gaiole in Chianti are also about a 30-minute drive away on spectacular roads! You can easily visit Pisa, Lucca, and some lovely Tuscan beaches on a full-day tour, as these destinations are about 1 hour and 30 minutes by car from the property.<br><br>Upon request, you can have the restaurant reserved exclusively for you, complete with a chef and waitstaff; alternatively, there are many excellent restaurants and pizzerias just a few kilometres away (a 5-minute drive). Pharmacies, banks, and small markets are about 2 km from the villa. The nearest petrol station is about 3.5 km away. Large supermarkets, all kinds of shops, cinemas, pizzerias, and everything else you might need are located about 6 km from the property, in Poggibonsi or Certaldo (both the same distance), a 10-minute drive away.
