I absolutely hated this stay! The first part was my fault, I didn’t notice the rules that before we got to the apartment, we the guests have to go get the key at a completely different address and then go to the apartment (we were exhausted from the city we were in before) if I had noticed this detail before I would have never chosen this stay.
When we got the key and go to the apartment, we were given the wrong instructions of which apartment the key belonged to and we wasted so much time trying to open all the doors in the building which was not the right apartment, until we called the owner and did FaceTime and someone helped us, which was super inconvenient.
We got there before the scheduled time and put our luggage in a corner while we waited for the cleaning ladies to clean the apartment because it was dirty from the people that were staying there before so we could shower and explore. It was more than 4PM and no one had gotten to the apartment to clean, I cleaned the bathroom myself just so I could showed because I couldn’t wait anymore.
While we waited in the apartment the owner of the apartment arrived and entered the apartment, we didn’t know why she went there. She was an older woman who couldn’t hear well, and we didn’t know how to speak Italian well and she couldn’t speak English well so it was difficult to communicate with one another.
The shower would stop heating while we were showering.
At night the neighborhood is very loud with a lot of partie
