Exquisite landscapes and 360 degree views from the villa from 'mountain to sea'.
Elegant family-friendly home with excellent facilities to enjoy, local produce to savour. Wonderful restaurants. Walking, cycling, hill-top villages, Roman ruins, culture & a friendly welcome.
Purchased in 2001 the house has been lovingly restored over the years with care and attention to detail.
Private 10m x 5m fenced swimming pool - 150cm deep throughout / Internet wifi / large games building (which is off grid) / children's swing set, several terraces / wood burning stoves / large gardens.
Attractively furnished interiors and comfortable beds.
Generous living spaces and well equipped kitchen.

Beautiful property

Casa Lola is a beautiful property situated in the hills of Marche region, with a spectacular view on the mountains, the valley and the agricultural lands around. It is located near the very nice village of Monte San Martino, where you can find a café, a restaurant, a pharmacy and a small grocery store. The house is vast with plenty of space for a large family (we were 8 adults, 4 kids and 2 babies. The house was very clean and comfortable and the kitchen was very well equipped; the 6 rooms were impeccable. The large pool is well maintained and was very useful with temperatures exceeding 35 degrees; the landscape of the property is also beautiful with flowers, fruit trees, 3 terraces, plus the pool, etc. Everything is provided for amusing the kids in the adjacent hangar. Victoria, the owner, was very helpful in providing high chairs and 2 cots for our babies. She was always ready to help, provide advice and answer our many questions; communications were very easy with her. This is an ideal property to gather a family and have a rest. I strongly recommend it. Many thanks Victoria.

Un Capodanno indimenticabile

Persa nella campagna marchigiana e con una spettacolare vista sui monti innevati, Casa Lola ha rappresentato per noi un'isola di pace e calda accoglienza in un momento di inquietudine collettiva. Nei quattro giorni passati a Casa Lola abbiamo apprezzato tutti i suoi confort, preparato un fantastico cenone con prodotti locali, pranzato sotto la pergola con 20 gradi primaverili e una vista impagabile, visitato alcuni dei borghi più belli d'Italia, gustato i piatti deliziosi del ristorante Dei Priori a Monte San Martino. La nostra host Victoria è stata veramente eccezionale, molto presente e gentile, accompagnandoci in ogni momento. Speriamo di poter presto tornare in questo splendido posto

Why they chose this property

I always had a yearning to spend more time in Italy having enjoyed 2 exchanges there in the early 80's as a teenager. I couldn't believe how wonderful the country was, the landscape, culture, food.
I saw Casa Lola in 2001 as a wreck in a relatively unknown but stunning part of Italy that is Le Marche while on holiday - and that was that, I bought Lola.
Many years later and after much transformation, love and attention the house is wonderful, enjoyed by my children, friends and guests - so lucky.

What makes this property unique

Brilliant for children, huge games room.
Views must be some of the best in Europe.
Peace and quiet.
Unspoilt.
Wonderful local hill top towns and villages close by.
